Academic Qualification:
Minimum Qualifying Marks: The candidates must have secured a first class or 60% or equivalent grade (relaxed to pass class for SC/ST candidates) in the II PUC/ Class 12 examination
The student seeking admission in Bachelor of Sciences course has to undertake one of the following Entrance Exam to be eligible for admission. The three important entrance exams are mentioned below.
Admissions in this program are done through marks attained in any one of the three entrance Exam. Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/Physically-Handicapped (PH) and Kashmiri-Migrant (KM) candidates: As per Government of India regulations, and following the National List.
The application form for the IISC Bangalore B.Sc Admission will be filled through the online mode only. The application process of IISc Bangalore has now started and the candidates can fill the application form.
The student has to first register and create an account before filling up the IISc Bangalore Application Form 2018. The name and date of birth entered while registering for IISc Bangalore cannot be changed. The candidates can opt for admission in IISc Bangalore on the basis of any of the following National Entrance Exams that is NEET UG, JEE Main, JEE Advanced or KVPY.

JEE Main Exam Pattern consists of two paper, Paper 1 (B.E. / B. Tech.) and Paper 2 (B. Arch. / B. Planning). JEE Main (The Joint Entrance Examination) is conducted by CBSE for admission to Undergraduate Engineering Programs in NITs, IIITs, other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs).
