SRMJEEE 2018 - B.Tech Admission in SRM University

SRMJEEE 2018 will be conducted by SRM University for admission to its various undergraduate engineering program, i.e., B.Tech and B.E in SRM Engineering Colleges. SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Examination (SRMJEEE 2018) for B.Tech is a common exam for SRM Group of Universities which are SRM University and SRM University Haryana. Candidates seeking admission in B.Tech course can apply for the admissions from 1 November 2017 via the link given below. Nationality: Indian Residents, NRI, PIO or OCI card holders issued by Government of India are eligible to appear in SRMJEEE 2018.

Age: Candidate should have completed 17 years of age as on December 31 of the year of admission.

SRMJEEE 2018 Academic Qualification

Candidate should have studied in schools located in India in the preceding two years for admission to UG Program. Candidate should have studied in Indian educational institutions and completed their qualifying examination. The attributes needed to get admission into B.Tech course are different for each campus.

Direct Admission in SRM University

The university offers direct admission to first rank holders of state and central boards of India. The direct admission is also offered to Top 1000 rankers of JEE Advanced and top rankers of each district of Tamil Nadu, outstanding sportsperson at the state and national level.

Submission of the Application Form

The candidates after filling up the application form must ensure that the details filled by them are correct in all aspect. Once the candidates are confirmed, only then they should submit the application form. The candidates do not need to send the filled in form to any of the authority.

SRMJEEE 2018 Admit Card

SRMJEEE 2018 Admit Card is expected to be available to download from 1st week of April 2018. Admit card is an important document to be shown at the examination centre. Applicants without an admit card will not be permitted to enter the examination centre. An applicant can download and print the Admit Card 2018 from the link given below.

The application fee which should be paid by the candidates is Rs.1060. The candidates should know that the application fee is same for every category. The application form would be counted incomplete without the payment of the application fee. The fee structure for the SRM University B.Tech course is given below.

SRM University B.Tech Fee Structure

The fee schedule given does not include the Hostel Charges and the Transportation Fee and is subject to revision. Additional Rs. 10,000 for Registration and Processing fees. This is the annual tuition fee.

 Comparison of B.Tech Fee Structure of Top Universities

The SRM entrance examination result is expected to be declared on 3 May 2018 and the rank obtained will be intimated through SMS. The admission will be purely on the basis of the performance in the Engineering Entrance Examination conducted by SRM University

A merit list will be prepared based on the total marks secured in the SRMJEEE 2018. Only this ranking will be intimated to the candidates and used for the counselling process.

SRMJEE Counselling 2018
