About JEE Advanced 2018
JEE Advanced is conducted by 7-Zone Conducting Authority IITs under the guidance of Joint Admission Board. This year, JEE Advanced 2018 exam was conducted by IIT Kanpur in computer-based mode on 20 May 2018. JEE Advanced is conducted to provide admission to 23 IITs (Indian Institutes of Technology) also including ISM Dhanbad that will grant 11,000 seats. JEE Advanced exam consist of two papers Paper-1 and Paper-2. The duration of each paper is 3 hours. Paper-1 was conducted from 09:00 am to 12:00 noon and Paper-2 was conducted from 02:00 pm to 05:00 pm.
