There is a total of 67 Architectural colleges in the state of Maharashtra and nearly one-fifth of them are situated in Mumbai or its nearby Sub-Urban areas. 2. Rachana Sansad’s Academy of Architecture

Details: This institute is also ranked among Top 5 Architecture Institutes of the Country. It was established in the year 1955 and since then it has been contributing significantly in full filling the needs of Architectural Professional in the country. Academy of Architecture is an Aided Institute and the annual intake of the institution is 100 students which include 60 seats under aided quota and 40 seats under un-aided quota. The institute is affiliated to the University of Mumbai. The score of NATA and JEE Main (Paper 2) are accepted for admission in the institution.

3. Balwant Sheth School of Architecture

Details: Established in 1981, this institute is affiliated to Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies which is a Deemed University. Balwant Sheth School of Architecture is a Private Institute and every year only 40 students get admission in the institute. The annual fee for the First year of Bachelor of Architecture program is Rs.2, 30,000. The Institute has its own admission process and admission schedule for the admissions. To be eligible for admission in the institute, the students need to present the score of NATA at the time of admission.

4. Kamla Raheja Vidyanidhi Institute of Architecture and Environmental Studies
