About Narotam Sekhsaria Scholarship
The Narotam Sekhsaria Foundation organises Narotam Sekhsaria Scholarship Programme 2021. The application process for the Narotam Sekhsaria Scholarship Programme 2021 has started. The last date to apply for the Narotam Sekhsaria Scholarship Programme 2021 is 15 March 2021 midnight. The foundation awards interest-free loan scholarships amounting up to Rs 20 lakhs to candidates who have maintained a good academic record throughout and is awarded to the candidates who wish to pursue postgraduate studies in following fields of study in leading universities both in India and abroad.
Narotam Sekhsaria scholarship applies to the following subjects

- Pure Sciences
- Architecture
- Law
- Engineering
- Management
- Social Sciences and Humanities
Applicants with Double masters and PhD aspirants can also apply for the PG scholarship.
Mentorship Programme: The scholarship programme goes beyond the financial aid and provides an excellent mentorship programme to all its scholars. The mentor guides and helps the scholars unleash their full potential in their development as professionals and thought leaders in their chosen field.

Narotam Sekhsaria Scholarship Reward
The amount of scholarship to be awarded is decided on the basis of the Foundation’s assessment. Candidates selected for Narotam Sekhsaria Scholarship Programme 2021 will be granted interest-free loan scholarship of up to Rs. 20 lakhs.
Scholarship Disbursement
The scholarship amount will be disbursed only after the Narotam Sekhsaria Foundation receives a copy of the visa (in the case of admission to an international university) of the selected candidate.
Repayment of the Scholarship Amount
Selected candidates are required to repay the scholarship amount as follows

Narotam Sekhsaria Scholarship Application form and Process
Eligible candidates can apply for the Narotam Sekhsaria Scholarship through online mode only. There is no offline method for registration. The candidate should register once and use a single e-mail ID for the purpose. Candidates can save the application form and make changes later.
No changes can be made after you press submit. No documents are needed at the time of filling the application form. Candidates can visit the official website of the Narotam Sekhsaria Scholarship or click the following link to apply.

Steps to fill the Narotam Sekhsaria Scholarship Application
In order to register for Narotam Sekhsaria Scholarship 2021, follow the steps given below:
Register & Login: Click here to create an account for filling the scholarship application form. You will receive login credentials at the registered e-mail id. Now login using the Log ID and password.
Make Payment: You will now be asked to make payment of Application fee in order to proceed.
Application Fee: Rs. 500 (Candidate can pay the Application Fee for the scholarship online, you can use the net-banking/debit/credit card.
Fill the Online Application Form: Once the foundation receives the application fee the student can access the application form using the Login ID and password. The candidate can then fill the online application form.
- It is mandatory to give the landline number even if you do not have it. In case, you don't have then mention the landline number of a close family member/relative, neighbour or friend so that messages can reach you even if your mobile is not reachable.
Candidates are required to keep a printed copy of the application form for future reference. The copy of the application form will be sent to the e-mail ID along with an e-mail confirmation.
Narotam Sekhsaria Scholarship Application Submission
The candidate need not send the application form but all students are advised to take a print out of the filled-in application form and keep it for future reference. The candidates should also note down the application number as they will need that for future communication.
Narotam Sekhsaria Scholarship Selection Process
The candidates who have been shortlisted will be informed between April-May 2021 via email Shortlisted candidates are required to attend an interview in Mumbai to be held in June 2021. The interview round in Mumbai will be the final selection round.
The final list of candidates who have been awarded a scholarship will be announced in the last week of June or first week of July 2021. Candidates who are selected in the interview round will have to attend a two-day orientation programme in Mumbai in July 2021.
Travel and accommodation charges borne by the candidates for the interview round in Mumbai will NOT be reimbursed.
Documents to be submitted at the time of Interview Round
- Mark Sheet: Photocopy of Class 10, Class 12 and degree level mark sheet.
- Pass Certificate & Other certificates: Photocopy of Class 10, Class 12 and degree level certificates including pass certificate.
- The score of qualifying exam like GMAT, CAT, GRE, GATE, etc.
- Attested copy of the admission letter provided by the university applied to, for admission (if any).
- Reference letters (In a sealed envelope)
- Working Professionals: Candidates having a work experience are required to obtain one professional experience letter along with one academic experience letter.
- No work Experience: Candidates without any work experience are required to obtain two academic reference letters.
- Statement of the course fee and any other financial documents
- Attested copy of the passport.
- One passport size photograph.
- Latest Income Tax Returns of parents.
Documents to be submitted within the timeframe provided by the Foundation
- Admission letter to the proposed college/university.
- Form I-20 if the candidate is admitted into any university in the United States. I-20 is also known as ‘Certificate of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant (F-1) Student Status-For Academic and Language Students’. It is required to obtain a student visa for study in the USA.
- Photocopy of the letter informing of the financial support if the candidate is admitted to universities in other countries.
Documents required during Orientation
- Memorandum of Understanding: Selected candidates are required to sign an MoU with the Narotam Sekhsaria Foundation and accept their terms and conditions.
- Undertaking: An undertaking will have to be signed by the scholars as well as guarantors.
- Insurance: Scholars are also required to take out an Insurance policy and assign it to the Foundation. The insurance policy will be arranged by the Foundation.
