NABA's Got Talent | International Design Competition

• NABA is an Academy of Arts in Milan, Italy and is offering Scholarship to International Students.
• The Institute aims at selecting the Best International Profile and supporting their talent.
• The NABA is offering over 40% scholarship on the tuition to International Students  for their bachelors in arts program for their academic programme 2014-2015.
• The following three courses fall under the ambit of the scholarship
  • B.A. program in Design, English language
  • B.A. program in Fashion Design, English language
  • B.A. program in Graphic Design and Art Direction, English language

Three 40% scholarships on the full standard tuition fee of the 1st year and the scholarship is renewable in 2nd and 3rd year provided the conditions laid upon are met.

The scholarship is available for the following NABA  BA programs 

English language starting in October 2014 and valid for the Academic Year 2014/15:

• One 40% scholarship for the BA Program in Design, English language
• One 40% scholarship for the BA Program in Fashion Design, English language
• One 40% scholarship for the BA Program in Graphic Design and Art Direction, English language

• Online Application and Submission: Applicants have to submit their application by an email or upload their work on the site
  • Upload on the Website: Candidates are required to upload their work on the website.
  • E-mail the work at competitions@naba.it with the "NABA’s Got Talent Competition 2014” as the subject line of the E-mail
• They should submit all of their requested material by the last day of submissions and they will receive a confirmation mail stating that they’re application has been accepted.
• In case, an applicant does not receive this confirmation within 48 hours, he can send an email to competitions@naba.it.

What do students have  to upload ?

• Students are supposed to upload their work with the following requirements-

• Artistic portfolio of projects and works- Guidelines for Portfolio Submission
• Motivation letter
• Documents
  • Copy of high school diploma (if available), translated into English or Italian
  • Copy of high school academic transcripts, translated into English or Italian
  • English language certificate (IELTS 5.0 only for non native speakers), if availabl
  • Curriculum Vitae
  • Copy of the passport
• The application fees of  250,00 EUR is for the programme is waived for the students participating in the competition.

• The submitted applications will be selected and evaluated by leading Faculty of the chosen BA Program
• NABA will award scholarships to the best candidates on the basis of the results of the Entry

NABA will evaluate on the following criteria

• Applicant’s capability to take decisions in terms of selection of works
• Way to present them together with technical skills already known.

The students would be asssessed in the given two steps through a distance evaluation modality

• Step 1: Portfolio assessment
• Step 2: Personal interview
  • Interviews of the Selected Candidates: Applicants will then be notified of their interview slot which will take place from  April 1-11 2014. >> Read on what to expect in Interview
    • The applicant would be given a chance to speak about the project submitted for portfolio assessment.
• Final results will be communicated to participants via email by April 17, 2014.
