About Lalit Kala Akademi Painting Competition
Lalit Kala Akademi Painting Competition 2017 is organized by the Ministry of Culture, Government of India for the students of Class 4 to 12. This painting competition will be conducted at Delhi (NCR) Schools. Lalit Kala Akademi Painting Competition invites children to paint a world of imagination and discover the magic of clean, green future; a future, which they will inherit.
- School Principals of Delhi (NCR) will organize a painting competition of 2 hours duration at their premises and send 2 best paintings to Lalit Kala Akademi by 15 September 2017. From which, 50 best paintings will be called for “On the Spot Painting Competition” on 22 September 2017.

Lalit Kala Akademi Painting Competition Reward
All participants will be issued a certificate of participation and many more prizes. The prizes will be given on 22 September 2017.
Lalit Kala Akademi Painting Competition Application form and Process
Students can participate in Lalit Kala Akademi Painting Competition through the school; there is no provision for individual participation.
School Principals of Delhi (NCR) will organize a painting competition of 2 hours duration at their premises, school administration will then select 2 best paintings and will send them to the Lalit Kala Akademi. The following information should be mentioned on the back of the painting:
- Name of the Student
- Father’s/ Mother’s Name
- Telephone Number of Parents
- Standard/ Class
- Roll Number
- Email ID of Student (if any)
- School Name & Postal Address
- School located in Urban of Rural Area
- School Telephone/ Mobile Number
- Signature of School Principal
It is to be noted that the paintings must send along with the information of the number of students who had participated in school level competition.
Lalit Kala Akademi Painting Competition Selection Process
The Committee of Expert/ Jury will select 50 best paintings from the school level competition. The selected students will be called for 2 hours “On the Spot Painting Competition”, which will be held on 22 September 2017 at the following address
