Hindu Young World Quiz 2017

Hindu Young World Quiz 2017, one of the longest-running and largest live school quizzes is celebrating its 17th Anniversary this year.The quiz will be again hosted by The Hindu Quiz Master V.V. Ramanan and will run from 27 January 2017, to 11 March 2017

The quiz has been divided into two categories:

Category 1: Juniors- For classes 4 to 6.

• It will be conducted in 12 cities namely Coimbatore, Madurai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Vizag, Vijayawada, Thiruvananthapuram, Kochi, Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai.

Category 2: Seniors- For Classes 7 to 9.

• It will be conducted in 5 cities namely Trichy, Mangaluru, Hubballi, Salem and Kozhikode.

One Winner, Two Runners-up will be selected at the end of the contest from each category.

• The winner will be awarded a trophy, a bicycle and a certificate.
• The first and second runners-up would be awarded a trophy and certificate.
• The other finalists and audience are eligible for other prizes and goodies.

• All the participating candidates will be given a Goodie Bag and a Certificate of Participation.
• The decision taken by the organisers pertaining to the quiz will be final and binding on any matter pertaining to the quiz would be final and binding.

Kindly Note: The Prizes/awards for Hindu Young World Quiz will be distributed on the same day of the Quiz.

The students who wish to participate in Hindu Young World Quiz 2017 have to register online. The students cannot participate individually and have to participate in a team.Hindu Young World Quiz 2017 Registration Fee: Rs 200 per team (non-refundable)

The candidates are required to register on or before the cut-off date indicated. Students from only the following cities can participate in the Hindu Young World Quiz 2017

Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kochi, Coimbatore, Madurai, Vizag, Vijayawada, Thiruvananthapuram, Trichy, Mangaluru, Hubballi and Kozhikode, Salem, Delhi, Mumbai and Chennai.

Forming team for participation in the Hindu Young World Quiz 2017

• The candidates can only participate in a team. The team should consist of two members and they should be from the same school and in the same category,
• No cross teams allowed.
