IYAAT Counter Terrorism Photo Contest 2015

• Counter Terrorism Photo Contest 2015 is an initiative by International Youth Action against Terrorism (IYAAT) to counter terrorism by going back to the basic values of humanity i.e. Peace, Love and Unity.
• The Counter Terrorism Photo Contest 2015 is open for every one and there is no participation fee.
• The winner of Counter-Terrorism Photo Contest 2015 will be awarded with cash prize of USD 350 and will be installed as IYAAT’s Goodwill Ambassador for a period of 2 years.
• The Entries are to be submitted online after registration on the website, while the decision regarding the winners will be made on the basis of the votes received by the photographs.

Counter-Terrorism Photo Contest 2015 Rewards

Out of the entries received three winners will be selected and will be awarded with First, Second & Third prize, along with the following benefits:

• First Prize: The winner will be awarded with a cash prize of 350 USD (Approx. INR 22,000) and will be honored with the prize.
  • Installed as IYAAT’s Goodwill Ambassador for a period of 2 years
  • Attend the International Conference: The winners gets a chance to be part of International Youths Conference on Counter Terrorism on February 4-6, 2016 at Nairobi (Kenya)
• Second Prize: The winner will get a cash prize worth 150 USD (Approx. INR 9,000) and will be considered for IYAAT’s International Secretariat the International Youths Conference on Counter Terrorism to be organized on February 04-06, 2016 at Nairobi.
• Third Prize:  The winner will get a cash prize worth 100 USD (Approx. INR 6,000) and will be considered for IYAAT’s International Secretariat the International Youths Conference on Counter Terrorism to be organized on February 04-06, 2016 at Nairobi.

Note: The winners are supposed to cater their travel expenses at their own while the accommodation will be taken care by the organizers.

Counter-Terrorism Photo Contest 2015 Application Process

In order to be a part of the Photo contest, the applicants are required to register themselves on the website by providing their details such as Name, E-mail id etc. The details of the application process are as follows:

• Mode of Application: The applications are to be made online in order to participate in the contest.

• Details of the Photograph: The photograph to be submitted need to be as per the following guidelines:
  • Format: JPEG or GIF
  • Width: Max. 450px.
  • Originality: The photograph must be original and should not infringe any third party copyright.
  • Clarity: The photograph need to be clear enough and should also be publically acceptable and should not contain any pornographic or provoking graphic.
• Submission of the Entries: After completing the registration process, the image can be uploaded on the website to complete the submission of the image.
