Compudon Championship Season 8 -Gateway to Microsoft Office World Championship

Compudon is a gateway to the Microsoft Office World Championship. Compudon Season 8 which powers the Microsoft Office Specialist India Championship 2018 is conducted by Cyberlearning in partnership with Microsoft and Certiport to select participants from India to participate in Microsoft Office Specialist World Championship 2018. It provides a platform for students to show their excellence in using Microsoft office applications. In this championship, the candidates from all states of India will compete for the title of “India Champions”, and up to six winners will proudly represent India at the “2018 Microsoft Office Specialist World Championship” in Disneyland, Anaheim, California, USA

About Compudon Championship

The official championship on Microsoft Office was launched in India by Cyber Learning in the year 2011 which provided the opportunity to the students from India to show their talents in MS Office and compete at the global level at the worldwide contest.

Three students from Delhi Schools won the trip to represent India at the worldwide competition. The championship has again started and is in search of India’s top talent to exhibit their talents in Microsoft Office and win a trip to Disneyland, Anaheim, California, USA.

The rewards granted by the Microsoft Specialist for the Compudon scholarship is given below. The candidates are required to go through the complete Compudon rewards details.

• Cyberlearning will provide training sessions to the India Champions for the Microsoft Office Specialist World Championship 2018.
• Only one student per exam category will be eligible to compete in the MOS World Championship.
• The top six winners will represent India at the " Microsoft Office Specialist World Championship" in August 2018 at Disneyland, Anaheim, California, USA
• The participant will have to bear the visa application charges. Top three Winners will receive a trophy cup along with the following cash prize mentioned below.

How can the Candidate Enter their score?

To enter in the championship candidates can enter their scores in two ways. The two of the modes are given below.

1. Register Eligible Exam Immediately Prior to Testing
2. Register Eligible Exam After the Testing.

• During the qualifying round dates, a participant can participate in multiple exam tracks and can take the exam multiple times and can submit the best score.
• The exam can be taken at the authorised testing centre of Cyberlearning Network.
• Participants will themselves be responsible for preparing to compete on applicable Microsoft office software suite version.

The Microsoft Office World Championship will have to take a qualifying exam in any of the following six categories to qualify for the India championship. The categories of the qualifying exam are given below.

• Microsoft Office Specialist Word 2013 Exam
• Microsoft Office Specialist Excel 2013 Exam
• Microsoft Office Specialist PowerPoint 2013 Exam
• Microsoft Office Specialist Word 2016 Exam
• Microsoft Office Specialist Excel 2016 Exam
• Microsoft Office Specialist PowerPoint 2016 Exam

Students have to take an exam in any of the above mentioned six categories and earn a passing score on or before 10 May 2018. The selected candidates will attend an Indian Awards ceremony to be held in New Delhi on 2 June 2018.

Compudon Championship Selection Process

• Top Students from across the country will be selected: Top students will be selected from all over the country on the basis of the marks scored in their respective exam tracks. They will be invited to participate in the 2018 Microsoft Office Specialist India Championship Awards Ceremony to be held on 2 June 2018 in New Delhi.
• Selection of Top three winners from each of the six tracks:  They will have to take a unique competitive exam on their respective tracks. Top three winners will be selected in each of the six tracks. 
• First Six Winners to be selected for 2018 Microsoft Office Specialist World Championship: The first six candidates in each track, otherwise known as 'India Champions', will be eligible to represent India in Certiport’s 2018. Microsoft Office Specialist World Championship will be held in Disneyland, Anaheim, California, USA.

In case participants having the same score than the one with the minimum time will be considered. The selection criteria will be announced prior to the application level. The participant  may request weightage criteria by sending an email to info@compudon.in

Rounds involved in Compudon Championship Season 8

Students from all over India will compete for the title of "India champions." This competition will offer the championship on Microsoft Office 2013 and Microsoft Office 2016 productivity applications. The Competition contains three rounds:

• Qualification
• India Championship
• World Championship
