About Clarendon Scholarship 2018-19
Clarendon Scholarship 2018-19 offers a life-changing opportunity to the most brilliant students to study at Oxford University. The Scholarship is offered to nearly 140 students every year and covers the college and tuition fee for the complete duration of the course along with the moderate stipend to cover living allowance. In 2017-18, there are around 400 Clarendon scholars at Oxford representing around 70 different countries. The application process for Clarendon Scholarship 2018-19 is started on 1 September 2017.
Courses: Clarendon Scholarship 2018-19 has no specific quota allotted to any course but the scholarships are offered generally to candidates who are enrolled for:
Full-time and part-time masters' and all DPhil courses.
- DPhill/Ph.D.
- 2-year degree courses (MPhil, BPhil)
- 1-year degree programs such as MSc, MSt, MBA or MFE
Clarendon accepts scholars from across all the Universities, with no preference for any particular subject area.

Clarendon Scholarship 2018-19 Reward
The following benefits are associated with the Clarendon Scholarship 2018-19:
- Number of Scholarships: Clarendon Scholarships are offered to around 140 candidates every year.
- Duration of the Scholarship: The scholarship will be offered for the entire duration of the course undertaken by the selected candidate.
- College & Tuition Fee: The complete college & tuition fee of Clarendon Scholars will be covered by the Clarendon Fund.
- Living Allowance: The candidates will be provided with a generous living allowance of 14,553 British Pounds (Approx. INR 12.50 lakh) for the complete academic session.
For Part-Time Students: They will receive a study support grant to help cover their non-fee cost.

How to Apply for Clarendon Scholarship
There is no separate application process to enrol for the scholarship. The selection of the candidates is done from the admission applications received by The Oxford University. The applicants should select the course for which they are willing to apply and complete the application procedure if selected for the scholarship candidates will be informed regarding the same.
Clarendon Scholarship 2018-19 Selection Process
The selection of the candidate is done solely on the basis of their academic performance. The selection of the candidates will be done by the experts belonging to the same field for which the candidate has applied.
Selection Criteria
- Excellent Academic Performance - A GPA score of at least 3.7 if the mark is out of 4
- Aptitude for the Course Selected - Based on references, your research proposal, demonstrated evidence of your aptitude for research.
- Motivation of the Students
Clarendon Scholarship Results
The result would be available on the email id of the students that is used for application for Oxford University. The students from all over the world are selected for the prestigious scholarship.
If the candidate does not receive any intimation for the scholarship by the end of June, it means they have not been selected for the scholarship.
