CBSE Republic Day Contest 2017 - Drawing and Painting Competition

CBSE Republic Day Contest 2017 is organised by the HRD Ministry on the occasion of the Republic Day in connection with the celebration of 26 January. MHRD has announced the conduct of the competition for the students of Class 6-10 studying in schools of the country affiliated to KVS/NVS/CBSE and States and UTs Boards. CBSE Republic Day Contest is a Painting/Drawing Competition to be held at the respective schools of the students on 16 and 17 January 2017, where students will have to make drawings or paintings on an A4 size sheets on the topics listed below.

CBSE Republic Day Contest 2017 is divided into two categories given below:

CBSE Republic Day Competition 2017 - Important Dates

Top 20 entries from a state will be sent to MHRD by the respective school for the selection and The participants will be given e-Certificate of participation and best-winning entries will be given e-Certificates of Merit.

• CBSE Republic day contest 2017 entries will be judged on the basis of originality of expressions, presentation, relevance to the topic and technique.
• The school level best entries in each category will be forwarded and duly signed and attested by the school head. The entries must have the name, class, address, contact number and e-mail id of the students/parents.
• KVS/NVS/CBSE schools Head will forward the best entry in both category in a closed envelope superscribed as “Best Entry for Painting/Drawing Competition-Republic Day Celebrations 2017.

It is to be noted that CBSE Republic Day Contest 2017 Result intimation or any correspondence will be provided to the winner under any circumstances.
