About Australian National University Honors Scholarship

  • Australian National University is offering Australian National University Honors Scholarship to the candidates who are enrolled in Degree programs leading to Honors in any field.
  • International students as well as local students from Australia are eligible to make application for Australian National University Honors Scholarship.
  • Australian National University Honors Scholarship is available to students who are pursuing Honors programs from other universities as well.
  • The selection of the candidate will be done on the basis of academic merit and scholarship amount of $5,000 will be offered to the candidates selected for the scholarship.

  • Nationality: Theapplication for the scholarship will be accepted from international students provided that they fulfill other educational requirements.
  • Academic Qualification: Theapplicant should be enrolled inan educational program leading to degree of Bachelors with honors at Australian National University. 

Australian National University Honors Scholarship Reward

Scholarship amount: As a reward of the scholarship, $5,000 (Approx. INR 2 Lakh) will be offered to the candidate and the payment of the amount will be made in two equal installments at the beginning of each semester.

  • Honours proposal: Applicants are required to provide a200 word statement giving details of research, professional or scholarly interests that made you select the particular program.
    • The statement is to be emailed to ‘coursework.scholarships@anu.edu.au’.

Australian National University Honors Scholarship Selection Process

  • The selection of the candidates will be done strictly on the basis of academic merit by Chair of the University Awards Committee.
  • If the Chair of the University Awards Committee doesn’t find any applicant having sufficient merit, in that case the scholarship might not be offered to anyone.
