About PMSSS 2019 for Diploma Students
AICTE JK PMSS Scholarship for Diploma Students application process was started on 15 April 2019 for Lateral Entry Admission in Engineering Stream (2nd year) for the academic year 2019-20. This scholarship will be given to those eligible students who have passed diploma in engineering programmes.

- AICTE has also decided to cover undergraduate engineering courses through lateral entry for diploma holders under PMSSS.
- The last date to report to allotted colleges is 25 July 2019.

Passed Diploma in engineering programmes during the academic year 2018-19 from the polytechnics located in the State of Jammu & Kashmir. Must have passed 10+3 Diploma from J&K State Polytechnics eligible for admission in the direct second year in the prescribed list of colleges on the vacant seats of Engineering category for batch 2018-19. Admission to students will be done in colleges outside the State of J&K. The annual family income from all sources for the Financial Year 2018- 19 should not be more than Rs. 8.0 Lakh
