Before filling the SNAP Application Form, the candidates have to make sure that they meet the SNAP Eligibility Criteria which is stated by SIU. SNAP Eligibility Criteria 2019
As per the SNAP Eligibility, there are several guidelines issued by SIU. There are several differences between SNAP Exam Eligibility, SNAP Institutes Eligibility, and Foreign Institutes Eligibility.
SNAP Exam Eligibility – According to SNAP Eligibility Criteria, the candidates should be graduate from any recognized university or college with minimum 50% marks for general category candidates and 45% for reserved category (SC and ST) candidates. The candidates who are appearing in the final year will also be able to apply for SNAP 2019 but they must complete their degree equivalent to CGPA at the time of admission.
SNAP Institutes Eligibility – There are various programs that require specific disciplines or subject specialization that are offered by various SNAP Associated Institutes. The SNAP Institutes like SIHS, SSSS, SCIT, SITM, SIOM, and SCMHRD have their own eligibility criteria. So the applicants must check the eligibility criteria as prescribed by the institutes.
Candidates from Foreign University – The candidates who have a qualifying degree from the Foreign University will need to obtain an equivalent certificate from AIU (Association of Indian Universities). All the degrees/ Qualification certificates obtained from the foreign university will have to be verified by AIU before seeking admission to any programs offered by Symbiosis International University.
The equivalence certificates will be issued by evaluation division of Association of Indian Universities for the foreign university candidates. The address of AIU is given below.
