HBTU Kanpur B.Tech Counselling Result 2018: Seat Allotment Result of First Round of counselling has been declared on 3 June 2018 online. The online choice filling and locking by candidates was available from 26 to 30 June 2018. The selection of candidates in B.Tech program of HBTU Kanpur is based on the JEE Mains score. It is for the first time that HBTU Kanpur has jointly conducted counselling with MMMUT Gorakhpur for B.Tech programme which is for 10% of the total seats in MMMUT. The allotment of seats through counselling is carried out strictly in accordance with the JEE Mains 2018 merit rank of the candidate, subject to the order of preference given for the seats and availability of seat in the category.
