RUHS Nursing Counselling 2018 process will be started tentatively in the first week of September 2018 for admission in Nursing courses of Rajasthan University of Health Sciences. Those candidates who are eligible for admission have to register Online to get Option Form, Undertaking Form, Seat Matrix, and Instructions form the official website of RUHS. The merit list of successful candidates will be prepared after the declaration of entrance test result. RUHS Nursing Counselling - Fill Option Form Here

Those candidates who selected for the counselling process must fill the Option Form after the online registration via links given below.The options form is to be downloaded filled and candidates have to submit counselling fee with the Options form which will be adjusted against tuition fee. The counselling fee amount will be refunded to only those candidates who have not been allotted any institute by Nursing Counseling Board, 2018-19 (Choice Not Available). The candidates can register for the online counselling by following the respective link given below.

Submission of RUHS Counselling Option Form

The filled Option Form has to be submitted along with correct fee amount in any branch of Oriental Bank of Commerce. No Option form will be valid without the prescribed fee. No correction will be allowed in the Options Form once submitted. The amount of Rs. 10,000 deposited with the Option Form will be adjusted against tuition fees for those candidates who have been allotted the nursing college by Convener, Nursing Counselling Board, 2018-19. In case the candidates are not allotted any seat the total amount will be refunded to the students.

RUHS Nursing College Allotment

The nursing college will be allotted to the candidates on the basis of merit, seats available and the order of options filled in by the candidate in the Options Form. The allotment of nursing college will be carried out through the computer software. In Case of Tie in RUHS Nursing Counselling

• One who has passed the 10+2 examination in less number of attempts will be given preference.
• If there is further tie, the relative merit will be decided by the age of the candidates. The candidate of higher age (older candidate) will be placed on higher merit.
• If there is further tie, candidate securing more marks in the Secondary examination will be given preference.
• If there is further tie, candidate securing more marks in the Senior Secondary Examination (10+2) or equivalent will be given preference.

The list of participating colleges in RUHS Nursing for BSc, Post Basic BSc Nursing, and MSC nursing are given below. There are 119 Colleges of BSc Nursing, 24 Colleges for Post Basic BSc Nursing and 13 Colleges offering admission in MSc Nursing Course. The admission to these colleges will be based on the counselling and option entry of the candidates.
