AIEED Application Form 2018 has started. The candidates can fill the form through online mode only. AIEED GAT Exam is scheduled to be conducted from 15 March to 10 May 2018 whereas, the CAT (Centre Based Exam) is scheduled to be conducted on 24 May 2018. While filling the application form, the candidates mostly end up with making errors in the form because of which the application gets rejected. Hence, to overcome this issue, the candidates are provided with the instructions to fill the form

Instructions to fill the AIEED 2018 Application Form

The candidates are advised to follow the instructions given below to fill the AIEED Online Application form. The procedure of filling the online application form is divided into two parts i.e Registration and Form Filling. Both the procedure is described below

Registration for AIEED

• To apply for AIEED, the candidates has to register on the official website of AIEED by providing the following details

Filling Up the application form for AIEED

After completing the registration process, the candidate will be redirected to the application form filling window in which he/she has to complete the form filling procedure in four parts which are described below

Part 1 (Course and Exam Details)

This part is Course and Exam Details in which the candidates have to fill the course and exam details. The candidates also have to select the preference of the date for entrance exams. The entrance exam will be held in two stages i.e Stage I and Stage II.

Part 2 (Personal Details)

In this part, the candidates have to fill their personal details along with the details of Father and Mother of the candidates. The candidates should ensure that the details filled by them are correct.

Part 3 (Educational Records)

In this part, the candidates have to fill their educational records in which the candidates have to fill the major subjects, passing year for the examination and other relevant details. The candidates also need to fill the Language known category. 

Part 4 (Documents and Payment)

This is the last stage of application in which the candidates have to upload the documents and make the payment of the application fee along with the declaration form. The method of the payment is described below

While filling the application form, the candidates can see their Control Number and Password at the top right side of the window. The candidates are advised to note down the control number and password.

Payment of AIEED 2018 Application form

The candidates have three options to pay the AIEED Application Fees. The candidates can make the payment of the fees by following any of the method described below.

• Payment through Debit/Credit Card/Net banking: The first option to make the payment is paying the AIEED application fee through Credit/Debit Card/ Net Banking. 
• Payment through Demand Draft: The second option of paying the AIEED application fee is to make the payment through Demand Draft mentioning the name and phone number at the back which would be drawn in favour of "Arch Educational Society” payable at Jaipur. The demand draft would be sent to the following address

  Candidates wishing to pay via DD need to enclose a printout of filled application form + photographs of self + copies of qualification mark sheets of Class 10 and 12.

• Payment in Bank of India branch:  Candidates paying through Bank of India needs to send the scanned copy of the receipt and personal details (name, course, phone number) on admission@archedu.org for reference. The bank details are as follows:

After successful completion of payment, an email will be sent to the candidate's registered email regarding the successful. In addition to the email, the candidate's receipt, prospectus and sample guidebook will be sent by courier. 

Submission of AIEED 2018 Application Form

The candidates after filling up the application form have to submit the same in order to complete the application process. However, the candidates must examine that the information filled by them in the form is correct in all aspects. After submission, the candidates are suggested to keep at least two copies of the printed application form with them for future reference.

Test Centres to be chosen while filling up the AIEED Application Form

The offline AIEED Centre Based exam will be conducted in following 13 cities across India. Candidates have to make a choice of any three exam centres in order of preference from the above list. One centre will be chosen and provided to the student.
