REAP Counselling 2018

REAP 2018 Counselling Round 2 Result has been declared online. This Result is valid for Rajasthan Candidates only. REAP 2018 Counselling process began on 5 July 2018. The Rajasthan Counselling (REAP 2018) is conducted separately for Rajasthan state candidates and Out of Rajasthan candidates. There are a total of four rounds (three rounds + special round). The first round is conducted for out of Rajasthan candidates, the second round is for the candidates belonging to Rajasthan State and the third round is conducted for upward movement. After the third round, the registration and choice filling window opens again and then the special round is carried out. If any candidate does not participate in the main round of counselling then he/ she can participate in spot/ special round of counselling. This page has the details about REAP Counselling.

There are a total of four round and a special round. The counselling of REAP 2018 is conducted separately for Rajasthan state candidates and out of Rajasthan candidates. The first round was conducted for out of Rajasthan candidates, the second round is for the candidates belonging to Rajasthan State and the third round will be conducted for upward movement. REAP 2018 Counselling for Round 1

• In the first round, all the available seats will be allotted and the result indicating the allotted institute with branch will be available on the website. The candidates with JEE Mains 2018 scores will be given first priority for admission. 
• After the allotment, candidates shall be required to report to the allotted institution before the due date. Reported candidates may give their option for upward movement at the website on or before the due date.

REAP 2018 Counselling for Round 2

In the second round, if a candidate is allotted her/his higher preference, her/his earlier allotted seat would be available for allotment to subsequent candidates. In the second round, no fresh choice filling will be permitted; registered candidates will not be allowed to alter or resubmit their choices.

REAP 2018 Counselling for Round 3

In the third round, the candidates can fill fresh choices as per the eligibility constraints for the vacant seats declared as per schedule.  The following candidates shall be participating in this round:

• Registered Candidates with JEE Mains Score who have not been allotted any seats due to choice exhaust shall be permitted to revise their choices.
• Registered Candidates without JEE Mains Score are permitted to revise their choices if they wish to do it.
• Reported candidates in the first round and second round shall not be allowed to participate again in the counselling process. All reported candidates are out of the counselling process.
• Again, registered candidates who have been allotted seats but did not report at the allotted institutes in first and second rounds shall not be considered for counselling in the third round. However, he/she can register as a new candidate.

REAP Counselling Round 4 (Special Round)

Upward movements of the candidates who were allotted seats in the third round and to the candidates, who are still registered, but has not got allotment till now, but getting a seat due to an upward movement among their choices already filled; against seats vacant due to non-reporting of the candidates. If any seats left vacant under 15% quota after the fourth round, shall be merged with other seats for the fifth round of counselling.

Candidates must note that there will be no separate counselling for candidates outside Rajasthan but it shall be for all the candidates irrespective of any domicile in which all eligible un-allotted candidates may participate. It will be a common counselling for candidates of Rajasthan Domicile and outside Rajasthan Domicile.

REAP 2018 Counselling - Important Points

• The candidates have to register and fill the choices to participate in REAP 2018 Counselling.
• The counselling process began on 5 July 2018. However, the registration for the same started from 1 June 2018.
• Aadhar Card is mandatory to fill the registration and choice filling form for REAP 2018.
• The candidates with Class 12 percentile and JEE Main scores are eligible to apply. Although, the candidates of JEE Main 2018 will be given priority
• Allotment of seats will be done on the basis of the rank of the candidate in the combined list, seats availability and preference of choice.
• If no choices are submitted by the candidate, then choices will automatically get locked and submitted after the last date of submission.
