NEET Admit Card 2021 is to be released three days before the exam as mentioned in the brochure. The candidates appearing in the exam can now download the NEET UG Hall Ticket using their Registration No. & DOB. Note: As soon as aspirants will download NEET 2021 admit card, a copy of the same in PDF format will be sent to their registered email ID. It is advised that candidates must carry their NEET admit card 2021 along with a passport size photograph affixed on it. A postcard size photograph should be pasted on the proforma, and a separate postcard size photograph should be taken for examination to be affixed on the attendance sheet.
The candidate has to carry an additional passport size photo along with them on the day of the exam, and the photograph has to be posted on the NEET attendance sheet. The candidate has to show their NEET Admit Card 2021 to the invigilator in the Examination Hall. A candidate who does not possess a valid Admit Card will not be admitted to the Examination Hall under any circumstances. The NEET admit card 2021 will be checked from 9:30 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. on the day of the exam by the invigilator.

How to Download NEET Admit Card 2021
- Step 1: Use the link - The candidates are suggested to follow the link given above to download the admit card of NEET
- Step 2: Enter details - Log in using your NEET Registration Number and Date of Birth
- Step 3: Download NEET Admit Card and verify all details.
- Step 4: Take a printout on the A4 size sheet.
Candidates will be redirected to NTA NEET admit card 2021 to verify the details and download it along with the proforma. As soon as you download the NEET admit card the conducting body of NEET will send you the pdf copy of your admit card on your registered email id.
In case a candidate is found to fill in more than one application, the Admit Card will be cancelled/withheld and his/her candidature will be forfeited for this/future examination

In case of discrepancy in NEET 2021 Admit Card
Candidates must read the details mentioned in the admit card of NEET 2021 carefully. If aspirants found any mistake in details or instructions, perhaps a spelling mistake, they must immediately contact the NTA office.
Download NEET Admit Card from Common Service Centres
NEET Admit Card has been released. The candidates can also download the admit card from the common service centres. NTA has facilitated students from rural areas to download NEET 2021 admit cards from Common Services Centres (CSC). This scheme is a part of the National e-Governance Plan (NeGP) and is managed at each village Panchayat level by a Village level entrepreneur (VLE).CSC helps aspirants from rural areas who cannot access the Internet by downloading NEET admit card 2021.
There are close to 2.4 Lac service centres in the country, and you can visit them with the required details, and you will be able to download the admit card from there for a nominal fee of Rs. 10.

NEET Admit Card 2021: Affix Passport size photograph
After printing the admit card of NEET, candidates have to paste a passport size photograph on the space provided. It is mandatory for the candidate to duly paste and carry their passport size photograph as per the given format. The photograph should have a white background only.
- Kindly carry an additional passport size photograph for putting it on the attendance sheet.
- This photograph should be the same as the one which is uploaded while filling the NEET
NEET Admit Card 2021 - Instructions to be Followed on the Day of the Exam
We have given a list of things that are allowed and that are not allowed on the day of the exam. These guidelines should be followed strictly by the students.
Documents to be brought on the day of NEET 2021 Exam
The candidates must bring only the following things to the NEET exam centre:
- NEET Admit Card along with a passport size photograph attached to it
- One additional Passport size photograph is to be affixed on the attendance sheet
Documents barred in the exam hall on the day of the NEET 2021 Exam
Except for the things mentioned above, nothing will be allowed to be taken inside the examination hall. The candidates will be subjected to extensive and compulsory frisking before entering the examination centre with the help of highly sensitive metal detectors, so before entering the examination, hall candidates should take a proper check. Here we are giving a list of the debarred items:
- The candidates should not carry any pen, pencil to the exam hall and it will be provided by the exam authorities.
- Any communication device like Mobile Phone, Bluetooth, Earphones, Microphone, Pager, Health Band etc.
- Other items like Wallet, Goggles, Handbags, Belt, Cap, ornaments
- Any Watch/Wrist Watch, Bracelet, Camera, etc.
- Any eatable item opened or packed, water bottle etc.
- Stationery items – textual materials (printed or written), bits of paper, geometry, plastic pouch, calculator, pen, scale, writing pad, pen drives, eraser, log table, electronic pen/scanner etc.
- Communication devices –Mobile Phone, Bluetooth, Earphones, Microphone, Pager, Health Bands etc.
- Ornaments – ring, earrings, nose-pin, chain/necklace, pendants, badge and brooch etc.
- Eatables packed or opened water bottles etc.
- Wristwatch, bracelet, camera etc.
- Any metallic item
- Any other item which could be used as unfair means for hiding communication devices.
- The blue/black pen should not be carried, it will be provided at the exam centre.
Dress Code to be followed on the day of NEET Exam
The candidates are instructed to follow the given dress code while appearing for NEET(UG)
- Light clothes with half sleeves not having big buttons, brooch/badge, flower etc. with Salwar/Trouser.
- Slippers, sandals with low heels and not shoes.
NEET 2021 Admit Card Important Instructions
- Due to heavy traffic on the official NTA NEET site, candidates may not be able to download NEET admit card 2021 immediately, or the website may show an error. They are advised not to panic and attempt again after some time.
- The candidates must show their NEET 2021 Admit Card for entry in the admission hall, and the candidate who does not possess the valid Admit Card shall not be admitted to the exam hall under any circumstances by the Centre Superintendent.
- The candidate must report with the downloaded Admit Card and with their proforma which is an attachment of Admit Card with passport Size photograph duly affixed to it, at the allotted Examination Centre
- The candidates are not allowed to bring any other material to the exam centre except the NEET 2021 Admit Card and Photographs.
- The candidates must not damage the Admit card or change any entry made therein. The candidates are advised to preserve their NEET Admit Card in good condition till admission in Medical/Dental colleges is over.
- The candidates will be allowed to enter the test centre at 7.30 A.M. However; no one will be allowed to enter the centre after 9.30 A.M.
- Candidates are required to carry additional passport size photographs for putting them on the attendance sheet.
- It is required to preserve the hall ticket until the end of the MBBS and BDS admission process.

NEET – National Eligibility cum Entrance Test is the national level entrance examination conducted for admission to MBBS as well as BDS seats offered in government and private colleges of India. NEET 2021 will be conducted on 12 September across. This year around 12 Lakh students have registered for NEET 2021.
Last year, a total of 11,38,890 candidates registered for NEET, of which only 10,90,085 took the test. As many as 6,11,539 aspirants qualified for the entrance exam. There was a drastic increase in applicants for NEET 2017 because the Honourable Supreme court has passed the judgement that the admission to MBBS and BDS all over India would be based on NEET and no college (govt/private) or state government can conduct a separate medical exam in the country. From now onwards there will be a centralised state counselling for all the medical seats in the country.

Q. 1) When the admit card of NEET 2021 will be released?
Ans - NEET Admit Card has been released by NTA on 15 April 2021. The only candidate whose application form has been submitted and accepted by NTA can download NEET 2021 admit card. To download NEET UG hall tickets, aspirants need to enter their registration number, date of birth and security pin.
Q. 2) What to do if I forget my NEET registration number?
Ans - If someone forgets their registration number, they must follow the steps mentioned below.
- Click on the link ‘forgot registration number’ available on the login page of the NEET admit card.
- Enter the required details – name, mother’s name, father’s name, date of birth, category, security pin and click on the ‘submit’ button.
- After verifying the details, the system will generate and send the registration number to the registered email ID of candidates.
Q. 3) Which photo should I affix on NEET admit card?
Ans - After taking a printout of the NEET-UG 2021 hall ticket, a passport size photograph must be affixed on it. Along with that, a passport size photograph must be carried to the exam centre to be pasted on the attendance sheet.

Ans - If in case, one is unable to download or log in to the admit card, s/he should not become impatient. Error or ‘unable to login’ displays due to heavy traffic on the website. Candidates should wait until the traffic clears up.
