REAP 2018 Application Form - The candidates who are looking to seek admission to BTech course in engineering colleges affiliated to RTU Kota need to register for REAP 2018. While filling the application form of REAP 2018, the candidates also have to fill the choices. The application process for admission to BTech programme will start from 1 June 2018. The candidates should know that Aadhaar card is now compulsory for REAP registration and choice filling. The candidates of Class 12 and those who cleared JEE Main can apply for REAP. However, the JEE Main qualified candidates will be given priority in admission. There would be total three rounds of counselling and one special round. REAP 2018 application form will be available again for a special round from 3 August 2018 when the round 3 of the main counselling will end. REAP 2018 is conducted by Rajasthan Technical University, Kota for admission to Government Aided and Private Unaided Technical Institutions of Rajasthan (except BITS Pilani, MNIT Jaipur, and other Deemed & Private Universities).

REAP 2018 Application Form will be available from 1 June 2018. The candidates who are seeking admission to BTech course need to fill the application form. Filling of REAP 2018 application form involves the registration, choice filling and payment procedure. It is to be noticed by the candidates that Aadhar number is mandatory to be filled by the candidates. The last date to fill the application form of REAP is 30 June 2018. Steps to fill the REAP 2018 Application Form

STEP 1: Filling of Online Application Form: First, the candidates have to visit the official website or have to click the link given above. Now the candidates can get online registration link by clicking on student panel. Now the candidates have to fill the application form, the application form must be filled carefully by entering their basic details, academic qualification, contact details, address etc.

STEP 2: Uploading documents: The candidates need to upload the following documents in the REAP 2018 Application form:

• Scanned image of the photograph in JPEG format (maximum image size up to 100 KB)
• Scanned image of Signature in JPEG format (maximum image size up to 50 KB)

STEP 3: The candidates can recheck their information before submitting the Online application form because once the candidates press the submit button they cannot make any further changes in the application form.

STEP 4: Payment of the application fees: The first step of filling the online application process starts with the Online payment of Rs 700 (non-refundable) through two modes:

• E-Mitra kiosk centre: The kiosk will generate a 12/16 digit Token number for the candidate which they must keep it safely for future use.
• Net Banking: Through Online payment gateway that is credit card/debit card.

Submission of REAP 2018 Application Form

REAP 2018 Application Form should be submitted online only. The candidates after filling all the details in the form should cross-check all the information. The candidates can make any changes according to them if there have some changes to be made. After the final submission of the form, the candidates are suggested to keep the printout of the application form with them. REAP 2018 Online Choice Filling

After making the payment of REAP 2018 Application Fee, the candidates will be able to opt for filling choices for REAP 2018. While filling the REAP 2018 choices, the candidates will get the option of "Save and Submit." The candidates do have the option to make the changes in selected option until the submission. However, once the submit option is used, no further editing will be possible. After submission, the choice submitted by the candidates will be locked. If any candidate does not lock the choices then the last saved choices by them will get locked. After the 3 main counselling round, the special round, option/ choice filling will be reopened.
