CUSAT CAT Counselling 2018 Online registration for the UG Programmes at Cochin University of Science and Technology will start after the result declaration. CUSAT CAT 2018 is an entrance exam for admission to Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT). It is a computer-based exam which will be conducted on 28 & 29 April 2018. CUSAT CAT provides admission to eligible candidates in various undergraduate & postgraduate programmes (other than MPhil & MTech) on the basis of CAT Rank.

Documents Required for CUSAT Counselling 2018

List of documents required at the time of Counselling/ Interview/Group Discussion is given below. 

• Mark sheet of Class 10 and 12 (in original).
• CAT – 2018 Admit Card/Online Application Registration Confirmation Page.
• Transfer Certificate (in original)
• Conduct Certificate (in original)
• Diploma Mark lists / and pass certificate.
• Four passport size Photographs of the candidate.
• Community/Non-Creamy Layer certificate in the case of ‘SEBC’ candidates.
• The Candidates who claim reservation under Sports Quota should produce a certificate of eligibility for selection under this quota issued by the Kerala Sports Council.
• Proof of special reservation (if applicable) 
• KSC/KST candidates, community certificate issued by the Tahsildar of the Taluk concerned is to be produced.( in original )
• Person of Indian Origin and Overseas Citizen of India applying for NRI seats should produce PIO/OCI cards issued by the Government of India.
• Sponsorship certificates from the relevant authority. (if applicable)

Keralite Domicile candidates: The Candidates claiming the Keralite status should invariably produce at the time of Counselling/Interview or Group Discussion any one of the following certificates in the original:

• The certificate of Birth / Residence of the candidate or his/her father or mother from the Village Officer / Tahsildar or from a competent authority of local body.
• The ‘Certificate showing school studies in Kerala from Standards VIII to XII’ from the Head of School where the candidate completed his/her study in Standard XII.
• Relevant page of the SSLC of the candidate’s father/mother showing the place of birth in Kerala with corroborative evidence showing the relationship between the candidate and the parent.
• Relevant page of the passport of the candidate or either of parents issued by the Government of India showing place of birth in Kerala with corroborative evidence showing the relationship between the parent and candidate.
• Birth certificate of the candidate or his / her, father/mother showing the place of birth in Kerala with corroborative evidence showing the relationship between the candidate and father/mother whose birth certificate is being produced.
• For claiming Keralite-AIS (All India Service), the certificate from competent authority should be attached.

CUSAT CAT Merit List 2018

CUSAT CAT Merit List 2018 will be declared for all the Engineering courses for the academic year 2018. Candidates can check their Rank List here as soon as it is available officially.

CUSAT BTech Counselling for Lakshadweep Sponsored candidates:  The counselling will be conducted in August 2018. On the day of counselling, the Candidates should bring all original certificates of 10th and 12th Classes, TC and Conduct Certificate and should be prepared to pay the fees of Rs 2,570.
