CENTAC Application Form 2018 - Available

CENTAC application form 2018 is available from 7 June 2018, for B.Tech, B.A.M.S, B.V.Sc. & A.H., B.P.T, B.Sc. (Nursing), B.Sc. (MLT) and B.Pharm.  The registration has to be done Online only and there is no offline application process. The candidates can download the counselling form from CENTAC website. The last date to apply for the exams is 16 June 2018. 

Candidates applying for more than one course have to submit the respective Application Form. The candidates have to submit a separate application form for each stream  (Biology, Engineering and Pharmacy) with necessary photocopies of the certificate.

CENTAC Application forms are available on the official website of CENTAC. The candidate has to follow the following steps to fill the online application form.

STEP 1: Sign Up and Register: Candidates needs to register themselves by typing their email id, contact number, and password. As soon as you sign-up an activation link will be sent your E-mail ID. The candidate has to follow the link to login to the CENTAC portal.

STEP 2: Select you State and Course you want to apply: The candidate has to specify whether he/she belong to Puducherry UT or Other State.

• Select the community/category and courses for which you are applying.  

STEP 3: Payment of Application Fees: Application fee can be paid online only through NEFT or Debit or Credit card. There is no other way to pay the application fee. After successful payment of the application fee, you will be redirected to Application Page. 

STEP 4: Give Personal Details and Upload the Photograph: After signing up, the candidate must provide their basic details and upload the scanned photograph of the following specifications:

• Photograph: Candidate should have scanned images of his/her latest Photograph (size of 20 kb to 25kb) in JPG format only. 

STEP 5: Qualification details: Fill in the required academic details and submit the online application form. After submission system will redirect you to view your application where the application form can be downloaded for physical submission. 

Submission of CENTAC Counselling Application Form

The candidate has to affix a passport size photograph (self-attested) on the printout of the application form. Send the application form along with the other necessary documents by post/courier (or in person) to:

CENTAC Online Application Form will be considered only if the candidates send the necessary documents on time. The candidate should not send any original document with the CENTAC application form, they have to send the photocopies only.

• Printout of online application form
• Necessary attested copies of certificates
• Class 12 mark sheet- In case the candidate has not received the class 12 mark sheet then they can enclose the printed version of the online mark statement duly attested by the Head/authorised person.
• Online payment receipt of the Application Form
• Passport Size Photograph to be posted on the space provided

Seats Under Sports Quota: To claim seats under sports quota, the candidates are instructed to fill up the Sports proforma which can be downloaded from CENTAC website and should be sent with the application form

Checking the Status of CENTAC Application Form

The candidates can check the status of their application form from the CENTAC Portal. This status will confirm you for the eligibility to get listed in the merit list which will be displayed by the CENTAC committee on the CENTAC portal.

Correction in CENTAC Application Form

If there are any corrections in the Name, Date of Birth, Marks in the concerned subjects, Categories, Special categories, Regional Claim or the merit marks then candidates should report to the CENTAC office within two days with all original certificates.
