SHIATS 2018 Application Form - Apply Online / Offline

SHIATS 2018 Application form can be filled online or offline. A common application form is applicable for all academic programmes irrespective of Undergraduate, Postgraduate, B.Ed. B.P.Ed, M. Ed and Diploma for admission through Entrance Test or Direct Interview (excluding PhD). SHIATS 2018 Application Form Fee is lower for the online application forms as compared to the offline. Modes to fill the SHIATS Application Form

Candidates can fill the SHIATS 2018 Application Form via three modes discussed below:

Mode 1: Online Application Form

• Candidates can fill the SHIATS Application form online available on the University website.The last date for applying On-line Form is 20 May 2018.
• Once the form is successfully filled Online, a challan will be generated for Rs.1200 for UG & PG Programmes and Rs. 1400 for B.Ed and M.Ed Programmes.

Mode 2: By Sending a Request to the University

Candidates can obtain the Prospectus and Application Form by sending a crossed bank draft for Rs. 450 (i.e. Rs.400 for Prospectus & Application Forms and Rs.50 for postal charges) or $30.00 in favour of the Registrar, Sam Higginbottom Institute of Agriculture, Technology & Sciences, Allahabad by registered post. The candidates can then fill the application form and submit the form along with the required entrance test fee.

Mode 3: On Cash payment from University Fee Counter

Candidates can also buy the Prospectus and Application Form on cash payment of Rs. 400 (i.e. Rs.400 for Prospectus & Application Form) from the University Fee Counter on any working day from Monday to Friday between 09:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m.

• Mode 1: Bank Challan: Candidates can deposit the fees through bank challan generated after filling the application form at the PNB or Axis Bank branches PAN India
• Mode 2: Net Banking: Candidates can also pay e the fees through SBI Net Banking (SBI Collect) by way of Debit / Credit Cartc.,  

Submission of SHIATS Application Form 2018

• Offline Application Form: The duly filled in SHIATS 2018 Application Form, accompanied with an Account Payee Bank Draft of prescribed Entrance Test/ Direct Interview Fee in favour of SHIATS, payable at Allahabad or a University cash receipt of the aforesaid amount must reach on or before 15 May 2018.
• Online Application Form: In case the candidates have filled the online application form and have paid the application fees online then they need not send any document to the university.

If the Application form is filled online but the application fee is submitted via bank challan the candidates have to send the office copy of the challan with their photograph duly affixed on it to the following address positively by 22 May 2018.
