NCHMCT Counselling 2018 - Final Round Counselling Result Declared

NCHM Counselling 2018 process has started from 26 May 2018. The candidates who have cleared the NCHM are suggested to register for the counselling. NCHMCT Counselling Process 2018

NCHMCT counselling process has begun from 26 May 2018. Only the candidates who qualify in NCHMCT JEE 2018 will be called for NCHMCT Counselling. Candidates can check NCHMCT Counselling process here. The NCHMCT Counselling process 2018 will involve the following:

• Checking for Eligibility of Candidates.
• Document Verification 
• Payment of counselling and first-semester fee
• Allotment of the institutes to candidates as per their choice.  

Candidates must note that the allotment of Institute shall strictly be in the order of merit & rank. No group discussions or personal interviews are involved in this admission process.

• It is to be noticed that there is no fee for registration of counselling. However, the candidates have to deposit the seat acceptance fee of Rs.40,000
• The fee will be inclusive of part of Ist Semester Fee (Rs.39000+1500 Counselling charges) through the payment gateway
• After depositing fee, the candidates have to go for the verification of documents at any reporting centre along with other testimonials
• The candidate who has been deposited fee in the first round or second round of Counselling and allotted a seat, but interested to participate in Spot round, not required to deposit Seat Acceptance Fee again
• The candidates who deposited a fee in the first round or second round of counselling and allotted a seat but interested to participate in spot round would not be needed to deposit seat acceptance fee again.

NCHMCT Direct Admission

Each Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) shall have three seats, earmark for 10+2 rank holders (one each for Arts, Science and Commerce stream) from among the following rank holders:

• 1st to 200 rank holders from respective streams from recognised Boards of school examination wherein up to 2 lacs candidates appear
• 1st to 500 rank holders from Board of Examination where 2 lacs to 5 lacs candidates take the examination
• The inter-school merit from recognised School Boards of the examination shall be in particular.
  

Documents to be submitted at the time of NCHMCT Counselling

• NCHMCT Admit Card
• Date of Birth Proof in Original (Secondary Education Board/Pre-University Certificate)
• The OBC candidates (non-creamy layer) will be required to produce original OBC (NCL), caste certificate issued on or after 1 April 2017, by a competent authority in the prescribed format at the time of Counselling/Admission
• Caste Certificate: Candidates are required to produce the original Cast Certificate along with attested copy at the time of Counselling as well as at the time of admission at the Institute
• Physically Handicapped candidates have to submit the Medical Certificate

NCHMCT Withdrawal and Refund Policy 

The candidate can cancel his/her allotted seat, admission process and the initiate refund process. In some cases, 100% fee will be refunded while in others candidates may get only 50% or only the caution deposit, let's look at the details of refund policy and how it is connected with seat withdrawal. 

• Full Refund: The refund of fee in this respect will be made by NCHMCT through RTGS or Demand Draft in favour of the candidate within 45 days from the close of last Counselling without any written request from the candidate.
• 50% Refund: The refund of fee in this respect will be made by NCHMCT on receipt of written request from the candidate stating that he/ she did not report to the allotted institute by enclosing a copy of allotment letter and receipt of fee deposited during Counselling. The request letter should be sent to JEE Cell, NCHMCT, A-34, Sector-62, Noida-201309 by Speed Post or By hand. The payment shall be released within 45 days from close of admission through RTGS or demand draft in favour of a candidate. The refund shall not be made without receipt of request letter from the candidate as stated above.
• Only Caution Money Refund:  The refund of fee in this respect shall be made by the respective allotted Institute on receipt of written request from the candidate within 45 days from the receipt of written request by the respective institute along with required supporting documents.

NCHMCT Counselling 2018 - List of reporting centres

NCHMCT Counselling 2018 is an online process. However, the candidates have to visit the reporting centre for document verification and seat confirmation. The list of reporting centre is given below. It is to be noticed by the candidates that if they fail to report within the specified period to the reporting centre their seat would be considered cancelled.
