GBPUAT Application Form 2018 - Registration Started!

GBPUAT Application Form 2018 is now available to fill by the candidates for the admission to UG, Master's, PhD & MCA course. Candidates seeking admission to GB Pant University are required to fill the application form. B.Tech admission in Pantnagar University will be based on JEE Main score and the student need not appear in GBPUAT Exam for admission. Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology is the first agricultural university of India. It is located in campus-town of Pantnagar, Uttarakhand. The candidates are suggested to fill the GBPUAT Application Form 2018 on or before the due date. The application deadline is 31 March 2018.

GBPUAT Application Process has started from 16 February 2018. The candidates who are willing to seek admission to Undergraduate Degree Programs, Master's Program, MCA, and PhD Programmes are suggested to fill the application form by following the link below. The application form can only be filled in an online mode. The last date to fill the form is 31 March 2018.

The application fee can be paid via Debit Card / Credit Card / Internet Banking. Candidates claiming NCC weightage, rural weightage of Uttarakhand, Sports weightage, Agriculturalist weightage or NCC weightage are required to submit a self-attested photocopy of the relevant certificate along with the print out of online application form.

Things to keep ready before filling up the application form

• Scanned images of candidate colour photograph (size 20 KB to 50 KB).
• Scanned Signature with Black/ Blue pen on white paper (size 10 KB to 20 KB).
• Scanned Left Hand Thumb impression on white paper (size 10 KB to 20 KB).

Steps to Fill the GBPUAT Application Form 2018

Please Note that only Bonafide Residents of Uttarakhand are eligible for Undergraduate and Masters’ programmes offered by this Pantnagar University. To fill the online application form, the candidates have to follow the simple steps given below:

• Start New Registration.
• Submit fee. (After 24 Hour of Registration)
• Enter the qualification details.
• Fill in the address details.
• Upload a recent Photograph, Signature and Thumb Impression.
• Take a printout of the confirmation page.

Documents to be submitted along with GBPUAT Application Form 2018

The following documents have to be dispatched along with the filled application form:

• Confirmation page print out. 
• Copy of Fee Receipt. 
• Self-attested copy of Category and Weightage Certificate, if eligible 
• Self-attested copy of Certificate/Mark sheet of qualifying examination. 
• Self-attested copy of High School Certificate.

GBPUAT Application Form Submission 2018

The candidates can apply to appear for GBPUAT only through online mode on the official website of GBPUAT. Candidate must retain a copy of fee receipt and the confirmation page of Pantnagar university form for future correspondence. Attached documents should be put in the envelope of size 12 X 9 and superscribing “Application for Undergraduate/Masters’/ MCA/ M.Tech/ PhD”. The confirmation page then along with the documents should be submitted to the following address

GBPUAT Examination Fee

 The candidates after filling up the application form need to make the payment of the application fee. The application fee for the General and OBC/ SC/ ST and PH category is different. Hence, the candidates should pay the fee accordingly. The application fee is given in the table below.

GBPUAT Exam Centres for Agriculture

There are total six examination centres where the GBPUAT exam will be held on. The candidates are allowed to choose the centre of their choice while filling the application form. The list of test centres is given below.
