KCET Admit Card 2018 Released - Download Hall Ticket Here
KCET Admit Card 2018 has been released by Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) and is available to download from 6 April 2018. Candidates can download KCET Hall Ticket up to 15 April 2018 at kea.kar.nic.in. The candidates who have filled and submitted the KCET Application Form before the deadline can download the KCET admit card. It is to be noticed by the candidates that the admit card will not be dispatched by Post. Once the Karnataka CET admit card gets downloaded, the candidates are suggested to keep it safe for future use. Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET 2018) Exam is scheduled to be conducted on 18 & 19 April 2018. KCET 2018 is a Pen and Paper Based Test which will be conducted at many centres located throughout the Districts of Karnataka. KCET Admit Card 2018 is available to download from 6 April to 15 April 2018. The admit card for KCET is available only to those candidates who have successfully filled and submitted the application form. To download the admit card, candidates are required to enter their Application Number and Date of Birth. Applicants have to download the KCET Hall Ticket and take a printout of the same because it will not be sent by post to any candidates. Candidate should download the admit card before the last date. How to Download KCET Admit Card 2018
The candidates can download the KCET Admit Card 2018 by following the given steps:
- Click on the download here link given on this page.
- Then candidates need to login by entering the required details like KCET 2018 Application number and Date of birth.
- After giving the details click on the submit button. Admit card will be displayed on the screen.
- Download and print the admit card and keep it safe till the exam gets over.
Information Given on KCET Admit Card 2018
After downloading the KCET admit card, the candidate must read the instructions carefully written on it and examine the entries made therein, Applicants are required to bring the fresh copy of the hall ticket to the examination hall and also keep a copy of the same with them for the future references. KCET Admit card will bear the following information:
- Candidate's Roll Number
- Candidate's Name, Photograph, Signature
- Address of the Test Center allotted
- Test Date & Time and all the other relevant details.
The KCET Admit Card will be available until the day before the exam, And therefore it is advised to keep at least three hard copies, or a soft copy of the admit card/hall ticket safe. KCET Admit Card is not only required in the examination hall but they are equally important at the time of the counselling and seat allotment.
KCET 2018 Admit Card - Important Details
- KCET Admit card is released by Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA).
- Admit card will be available in online mode only. It will not be dispatched by the post, email or courier.
- After downloading the admit card, candidates should check that all the details mentioned on it are correct. In case of any query, they should contact the admission authorities.
KCET 2018- Exam Day Guidelines
- Candidates have to enter the examination hall at the allotted day and time only. No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination hall after the allotted time.
- Candidates should keep in mind that Serial Number will have to be entered in the OMR Answer sheet carefully after checking it in the question paper.
- Things to Carry in the Examination Hall along with the admit card:
- Valid Identity Card (Passport/Aadhaar Card/PAN Card/College Identity Card/Bus Pass)
- Two Ball Point Pens
- Things Not to Carry in the Examination Hall:
The candidates are advised not to carry Mobile phones, Modern Electronic Equipments, Gadgets, Pagers, Bluetooth, Markers, White Fluid, Calculator, Wireless sets, bits of paper, books. The candidate is not allowed to wear a wristwatch on the day of the exam. Candidates are advised not carry mobile phone or wristwatch on the day of the exam as there might not be the proper place to deposit them.
KCET 2018 Exam Pattern and Schedule
For each paper, the candidate has to fill a separate OMR Sheet. There are 4 papers for KCET, the candidate appearing in the examination will be given 70 minutes to complete 60 questions.
- Duration of the Exam: 70 Minutes
- Number of Questions: 60 Questions
- There is no negative marking in KCET 2018.

KCET Test Centres 2018 on Admit Card
KCET 2018 will be conducted at 54 test centres in Karnataka. The test centre for writing KCET 2018 to all the candidates will be assigned by the KEA Computers, the Important thing about the test centres is, KEA will assign the test centres within the district where candidates have studied their class 12.
- The candidate who has studied qualifying examination within Karnataka should compulsorily appear for the Common Entrance Test in test centre within the district he/she has studied 2nd PUC / 12thstandard / equivalent examination.
- Such candidates will have to write 'CET-2018' in a test centre assigned by the KEA within the district in which the candidate has studied 2nd PUC or 12th standard.
- The candidates claiming eligibility under Horanadu & Gadinadu Kannadiga clauses will have to appear for CET 2018 in a test centre located only at Banglore.
