TISS BAT 2018 Admission Process and Guidelines
TISS BAT Admission Process for the year 2018 for admission into BA in Social Science and in BA (H) Social Work will start from 26 May 2017, registration has already started on 24 October 2017. Shortlisted candidates are required to send the acceptance cum declaration along with payment of first semester fees to the TISS office before 16 June 2018. It can be sent as a scanned copy duly signed and filled in details. The letter may be mailed to verification@tiss.edu.
TISS BAT 2018 Results will be declared by Tata Institute of Social Sciences for the exam has to be conducted on 5 May 2018 on all India Basis. TISS BAT 2018 Result will be declared Campus Wise. TISS BAT 2018 is both Pen and Paper Based and Computer Based Test.

TISS BAT Admission Process - Steps to be Followed
The admission process for the B.A in Social Science and B.A (Hons) in social work will start from 26 May 2018 respectively application forms are available from 24 Oct 2017. Therefore, the steps for the admission process is given below. The candidates are required to follow the steps below.
STEP 1: Reporting at the Campus
- Shortlisted candidates should report to their respective campus on the specified dates for purposes of verification of their original certificates and medical examination to confirm the provisional admission given.
- Upon confirmation of admission after verification, Hostel allotment (if applicable) and permission to join the classes will be given.
STEP 2: Payment of Fees
- Shortlisted candidates can download the Fee Challan for fee payment by logging into the online application system.
- Candidates are required to pay their fees IN ANY BRANCH OF STATE BANK OF INDIA in Power Jyoti account of Tata Institute of Social Sciences, by submitting the prescribed Fee Challan, received on their email id.

Documents to be brought at the time of Joining
The list of the documents which should be presented by the candidates is given below. The candidates are also required to submit one set of photocopies of the mentioned documents:
- The portion of TISS copy of the Fee Challan and the Acceptance Letter
- Admit card in Original,
- Identity Proof,
- Caste Certificate in the prescribed GOI form.
- PWD certificate,
- KM certificate,
- Armed forces certificate has to be brought as original documents for verification at the time of admission.
- Two recent stamp-sized photographs - for a digital identity card and another for insurance.
- Anti-Ragging Affidavits
- Candidates, who have not yet got Class 12 Mark Sheet, are required to bring a bonafide letter from the School head or competent authority with signature and seal, indicating that the candidate has taken the final examination and is awaiting results. The letter has to be addressed to the Registrar, TISS, Mumbai.
