How to enter details of CBSE/ CISCE marks to get KCE Result 2018
KEA authorities have asked the candidates to enter their marks of CBSE/ CISCE/ 10+2 to prepare the KCET Result. It is to be noticed by the candidates that if they fail to enter the requested details, the result for them will not be announced. The candidates have to provide their User Id and password to enter their details of CBSE/ CISCE marks.

KCET 2018 Rank List
The rank list for KCET Engineering Entrance Exam is being published only for the candidates who secure minimum 45% marks in aggregate (40% in case of SC, ST, CAT – 1, 2A, 2B, 3A & 3B category candidate) in the optional subjects in the qualifying examination, irrespective of marks secured in PCM subjects in the Karnataka Common Entrance Test. KCET Results 2018 Name Wise will not be released by KEA.

KCET Results 2018 Rechecking
In case, of any discrepancy in respect of any of the entries or issues in the result sheets, candidates have to submit their objections within three days from the date of publication of the KCET 2018 Results and thereafter result is published for such candidates.
- Under no circumstances, request for re-totalling or re-evaluation of the KCET OMR answer sheets will be entertained.
- Check the Result with utmost care: Candidates are requested to verify their qualifying examination marks printed on the KCET result sheets without fail. If in case, there is any discrepancy with reference to qualifying examination marks the same has to be brought to the notice of the office immediately for fresh assignment of ranks, if any.
If KCET Result has been withheld
- Candidates whose KCET results have been withheld for want of qualifying examination marks are required to submit a photocopy of their Q. E. Marks card either in person or through ‘Speed Post’ to the KEA and the ranks in respect of such candidates will be published subsequently.

KCET Answer Key has been released on the official website on the KEA Website. The candidates/parents/lecturers were given a chance to challenge the answer keys to the “Executive Director, Karnataka Examinations Authority, Bangalore”.
The correct answer key and the list of candidates whose results have been withheld and the reasons for withholding the answer key will also be published along with KCET Results 2018.
Verification of documents after KCET Results announced
After KCET Result is declared the candidates have to go for original document verification at the 15 notified helpline centres spread across the state. The candidates will be issued verification slip after the documents have been verified. After the verification of the documents, the candidates will be allowed to go for KCET Option entry. The candidate has to log in with the help of user Id and secret key. After logging in they can give choice for any number of options that is colleges and branches. After the first login, the candidate can change the password as per their choice.
