IMU CET Result 2018 - Declared

IMU CET Result 2018 has been declared on 5 June 2018 by IMU for its All India Common Entrance Test for admission to all the UG Programmes. The result of IMU CET 2018 for all qualified candidates has been announced in the form of merit list. IMU CET result displays the rank, candidate name, parent name, gender and social category. IMU CET 2018 was conducted on 2 June in Computer Based Mode across 36 test centres throughout India. IMU CET is conducted by Indian Maritime University (IMU) for admission to various Undergraduate and Postgraduate Programmes offered by IMU and its affiliated Institutes. IMU CET Result 2018 has been declared on 5 June 2018 by Indian Maritime University. The candidates who appeared in the IMU CET exam can check the result on this page by following the link. IMU result 2018 will contain the candidate's number and category to which they belong.

IMU CET Rank Card

The result for IMU CET was declared in form of a PDF and it had the names of the candidates who had qualified in the exam. The result only had the name of the candidates and the rank. Now IMU has released the IMU CET Rank card for the candidates who have qualified in the exam. The candidates have to log in to download the rank card.

IMU has admitted the highest number of candidates in B.Tech Mechanical Engineering followed by B.Sc Nautical Science in the previous years. 

IMU CET 2018 Counselling After Result

Shortlisted candidates are required to register for online counselling for allotment of seats at designated IMU Campuses. The counselling process for UG and PG programme will start on 7 June 2018. Candidate must note that counselling will be limited to admissions into IMU Campuses only Affiliated Institutes.

Counselling will involve the following:

• Verification of original mark sheets and certificates
• Physical fitness clearance
• Allotment of seats in the IMU Campuses

 Affiliated Institutes will not be included in the counselling conducted by IMU. The candidates who have cleared IMU CET will have to approach the Institute directly.
