The application process for the NCHMCT JEE 2018 has started from 24 December 2017. The candidates who have ensured their eligibility can fill up the form on or before the due date. It is to be noticed that the NCHMCT JEE 2018 Application Form can be filled only through online mode. The last date to fill the form is 16 April 2018. Steps to Fill the NCHMCT JEE 2018 Application Form

In order to make the procedure of filling the form easy for the candidates, they are provided with the steps on how to fill the application form. Thus, the candidates are suggested to follow the steps mentioned below and fill the application form.

STEP 1 - (Registration):  The candidates first have to register on the official website of NCHMCT by following the link given above on this page. There the candidates will have to fill the form by providing the following details -

• Name of the Candidate
• Date of Birth
• Category & Email Id

STEP 2 - (Filling up the Application Form): Now in this section, the candidates have to fill the application form by providing the Personal as well as Qualification Details. Along with these, the candidates would be given chance to select the choice of test city.

STEP 3 - (Uploading Photograph & Signature): After filling up the application form, the candidates will be required to upload the photograph and signature in correct format and size. The image size should not be greater than 50KB and the format should be in jpg and jpeg only.

STEP 4 - (Payment and Printing Application):  At the end, the candidates have to make the payment of the application fee in order to complete the application process. After the payment, the candidates are suggested to take the printout of the application form and keep it safe for future use.

• Candidates are required to enter the Application Number.
• Further, they are required to enter Date of Birth and Mode of payment.

NCHMCT JEE 2018 Application Fee

The application fee for NCHMCT JEE is different, depending upon the categories. Therefore, the students are advised to pay the application fee accordingly. The payment of the application fee can be made by Credit/ Debit Card. The amount of fee to be paid by the candidates filling up NCHMCT Application Form is given in the table below.

Submission of NCHMCT JEE 2018 Application Form
The candidates before final submission of the form are suggested to check the details filled by them are correct in all aspect as because no request for change/ correction/ modification in the particulars of the Application Form will be entertained. The form is needed to be filled and submitted on or before 16 April 2018.

There is no option for sending of an off-line/ hard copy of application form. After submitting the application form, the candidates are suggested to keep at least two printouts of the form with them for future reference.

Test Centres to opt while filling NCHMCT JEE 2018 Application Form

There are total 33 test centres in which the written test will be conducted. Hence, the candidates are advised to choose the preference of test cities cautiously as because the change in exam centre will not be considered. However, it is possible that the change may be permitted to the candidates under exceptional circumstances.
