WBJEE Application form 2018 is now available and can be filled by the candidates through online mode. The applicants willing to seek admission to Universities, Govt. Colleges and Self-financed Institutes of West Bengal are required to fill the form through online mode. WBJEEB has already released the complete schedule for admission to various undergraduate engineering, architecture and pharmacy programs. The last date to fill the application form is 19 January 2018. The application process for WBJEE 2018 has started and the candidates can fill the form through online mode only. There is no offline procedure to fill the form. WBJEE Application form 2018 is interactive in nature and the fields required to be filled up are categorised in different sub-sections.The fields superscribed with * are MANDATORY to be filled. Steps to Fill the WBJEE Application Form 2018

The candidates are provided with the steps below to fill the application form. The candidates are suggested to follow the steps below so that the candidates can ignore the mistakes in filling the form.

Registration for WBJEE 2018

• The first step of filling up the WBJEE Application Form 2018 is to register themselves on the official website of West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board. The candidates can follow the link given above. The candidates have to mention their Name, Father's Name, Mother's Name, DOB etc. 
• The candidates should pay attention while filling the details as the details must match exactly with the school admit cards, mark sheets, certificates, photo identity cards, caste/category certificates etc.

Filling up the WBJEE Application Form 2018

While filling up the application form, the candidates are required to fill the details asked in every section of the form. These details are required for registration and cannot be changed later at any point in time. The candidates should keep in mind that the SC/ST Certificates are to be issued by any of the following authorities:

(i) Sub-Divisional Officers for all districts except Kolkata
(ii) District Welfare Officer, Kolkata & Ex-Officio Joint Director, B.C.W. in case of Kolkata Municipal Area

Once the duly filled form gets submitted, the system will generate a unique 7-digit numeric APPLICATION NUMBER for the candidate. Once an Application Number is generated, the candidates can log out of the system. The candidate is required to enter the system subsequently for various reasons mentioned below 

• Accessing and editing personal information (till generation of Confirmation Page)
• Printing of e-Challan for Bank
• Entering e-Challan details
• Printing of the Confirmation Page as well as Top Sheet
• Correction to data on dates specified by the Board, if needed.
• The system generated Application Number has to be kept safe, as time and again it will be used for subsequent login for all subsequent accesses to the system.

WBJEE 2018 Participating Institutes

Payment of WBJEE Application Form 2018

Mode 1: Payment through Allahabad Bank e-Challan: If the candidates select the “Allahabad Bank e-challan” to submit the application fee.

• The candidate has to take the system generated e-Challan to the nearest Core Banking Service (CBS) facility enabled Branch of the Bank for making payment.
• After payment, the candidate has to login to the system and upload the details written on the e-Challan by the bank official.
• When the details are uploaded, the Confirmation Page will be generated.

Mode 2: Online - Payment through Electronic Payment Gateway (EPG): If the candidate selects “EPG” then the candidates can pay the Application Fees via debit card, credit card or net banking.Once the transaction is completed, a RECEIPT will be generated containing details of the transaction.The candidate may then proceed with generation of the Confirmation Page.

WBJEE Application 2018 Fee

The application fee for the WBJEE 2018 is same for all the courses. However, the type has been divided into two sections. Thus, while paying the application fee, the candidates have to select the type of the course. 

WBJEE 2018 Confirmation Report and Submission

Confirmation Report Generation: On the successful payment of Application Fees only the Confirmation Report gets generated which is a Proof that the candidate has been successfully REGISTERED. The candidate should take the print out of the confirmation page and keep it for their own record and need not send the confirmation page to the examination authority.

WBJEE Application Form 2018 Correction

The application correction window will be open from the first week of February 2018, and the candidates can make the corrections in the application form and also in the Image uploaded by them if they have entered any wrong information.

This can be done using the edit mode of application. The candidates should make sure that all the fields entered by them are correct in the application form. The fields that cannot be edited in the application form are:

• Name of the Candidates
• Father's Name
• Mother's Name
• Date of Birth

Note: If the candidate receives any SMS for Correction in WBJEE Application form, then the candidate should take the immediate action and correct the discrepancy within one day.
