Step 1: VIT 2019 online registration

First of all, aspirants can click on the link which will be provided on this page. For VIT online registration, candidates need to enter the following details:

How to obtain offline VITEEE application form 2019?

VITEEE application form 2019 can be obtained from the list of post offices as prescribed by the VIT University. Aspirants need to pay Rs. 1200 with GST charges in the form of Demand Draft (DD), drawn in favour of VIT University payable at Vellore.

How to fill offline OMR VITEEE 2019 application form?

VIT OMR application form will be machine-processed, thus, candidates are advised to write the details with black ball-point pen in CAPITAL letters. Only use a pencil to shade the circle to correspond with the code/appropriate alphabet/numeral. Following are some of the important instructions, which must be followed while filling the VITEEE 2019 OMR application form:

• Paste a recent passport size photograph of good quality and signature should be done in the designated space with black ball pen. The photograph, signature and address will be scanned by a machine that recognizes good quality images. Do not stick an attested photograph
• Candidates must write their complete address with their name and pin code correctly. The address entered by aspirants will appear in all correspondence address
• Address Correction: In case while writing the address candidates make a mistake, then they must cover the whole boxes with a white slip of the same size and write their address on it. However, the address must not exceed the box
• Enter the valid Email ID and mobile number with correct STD code
• Note down the VITEEE application number for future references
• The completed application form of VIT 2019 should be enclosed separately in the printed envelope and must be sent through speed post or registered post to Director-UG Admissions, VIT University, Vellore - 632 014

Payment of VITEEE 2019 Application Fees (Online and Offline)

Candidates can pay the examination fee in one of the following manners.

• Through Bank Draft applicable to both Online and Offline Application Mode
• Through Credit Card / Debit Card / Netbanking applicable to Online Application Mode.

Submission of VITEEE Application Form 2019

For those who have applied Online: If the Payment has been made via Debit Card/Credit Card: Candidates do not have to send anything. If the payment has been made via Demand Draft: The Demand Draft should be sent either by Registered Post or Speed Post so as to reach the office on or before the second week of March 2018 (The exact date will be notified soon).

For those who have applied Offline: The candidates should be sent either by Registered Post or Speed Post in the self-addressed envelope provided by VIT, so as to reach the office on or before the second week of March 2019. Before dispatching the application form, ensure that you have filled in the correct Test City Code, Subject and tick the checklist on the envelope provided.

Candidates have to note down the VITEEE 2019 Application number in their personal record and keep a photocopy of the filled-in application for future reference and correspondence.

Do the candidate have to send the hard copy of VIT Application form to the University?

•  Online mode (Net banking / Debit card / Credit card): Do not send the hard copy of the application form after the process of completion.
• DD Mode - It is mandatory to send the hard copy of the application form along with the Demand Draft (write your name and application no. on the reverse side of DD) after the process of completion.

VIT Application Form Editing

Candidates can edit all online application contents except Email ID., Mobile no. and correspondence address details. It must be noted that edit option will be made available only after completion of the application form and the last date to edit online applications will be in the third week of March 2019.

Foreign and NRI students can apply for VIT University admission from November 2018 until March 2019.
