NCHMCT Admit Card 2019 Released - Download Online

NCHMCT Admit Card is available to download for the candidates who have successfully registered themselves and paid the application fee. The admit card has been released on 3 April 2019. NCHMCT JEE 2019 Admit Card is available online only and will not be dispatched by post. NCHMCT Admit card is available only to those eligible candidates who have submitted their duly filled application forms before the due date. Once downloaded, keep it safe for future use. NCHMCT JEE 2019 is a Computer Based Test.

NCHMCT Admit Card - Steps to Download

To download NCMCT Admit card, the candidates need to enter the following information; 

• Application Number
• Password
• Security Pin
• Click on the "Submit" button and download NCHMCT Admit Card.

NCHMCT Admit Card 2019 - Information Contained

• NCHMCT JEE Admit Card 2019 contains Candidate's name, photograph, signature; an address of the test centre allotted and test date & time and all other relevant details. 
• The candidates are required to check the relevant details name, roll number, photograph, signature, the address of the test centre allotted and test date & time on the downloaded NCHMCT JEE 2019 Admit Card.

Unable to Download NCHMCT Admit Card 

If a candidate is unable to download his/her admit card oriIn case of any discrepancy, the candidate should immediately bring it ti to the notice of National Testing Agency in the Council on the helpline number or email. The candidates are advised to keep their NCHMCT Admit Card safely till they get admission in the Institute.

Important Points related to NCHMCT Admit Card

• Candidates are advised to check the details like name of the students, exam centre, exam dates etc. on the printed admit card
• Candidates are required to make sure that they carry a Valid Admit Card to the test centre and produce the same to the invigilators for Verification.
• Preserve the NCHMCT Admit card in good condition till the admission process gets over.
• Do not tamper the Admit Card or alter any entry made therein after it has been authenticated.
• Admit Card is not transferable to any other person. Impersonation is a legally punishable offence.
• Admit card will not be dispatched through the post to the candidates, so no correspondence in this regard will be entertained. Admit Card is an important document to be carried at the exam centre

Points to be kept in mind while appearing in the NCHMCT Exam

• All candidates appearing for the NCHMCT exam are required to bring the original printout of the hall ticket, failing to comply with the given instruction would amount to the candidates not entertained to sit for the exam.
• All the candidates are required to reach the venue well in advance. It is necessary to report half an hour before the commencement of the exam.
• No candidate would be allowed to carry mobile phones, calculator, digital watch or any gadget inside the examination hall.
• No candidates would be allowed to talk or discuss in the examination, any candidates found doing so will be dealt with as per the norms of the university.

NCHMCT JEE 2019 Test Centre printed on Admit Card

There is a total of 33 test centres in which the computer-based test will be conducted. Hence, the candidates are advised to choose the preference of test cities cautiously as because the change in exam centre will not be considered. However, it is possible that the change may be permitted to the candidates under exceptional circumstances.
