Scanned Photograph: Candidates have to upload a copy of passport size colour photograph with the specifications mentioned below:

• The photograph must be taken in full-face view directly facing the camera.
• Photograph should have no shadows and red eyes
• Maximum size 100 KB
• Format: It should be jpg. or .jpeg only
• File name should be of 10 character maximum

Scanned Signature of Candidate: Candidates have to upload their scanned signature done on a white paper with black ink with the specifications mentioned below:

Steps to fill the Himachal MBBS BDS Application Form

• STEP 1 (Register): The first step a candidate needs to follow is to register themselves on the official website by following the link which will be available when the application process gets started.
• STEP 2 (Fee Payment): After completing the registration details, the candidates need to make the payment of the required application fee.
• STEP 3 (Fill the application form): The candidates after the payment of the application fee have to fill the application form in which they need to fill the basic details and have to upload the photo and signature.
• STEP 4 (Submission): At last, the candidates need to view the application form and make the changes if needed. After verifying all the details, the candidates have to submit the application fee

Upload documents with following specifications

• Applicant should upload only one document (NEET-UG-2017 Result Card) of the maximum size of the document will be 2 MB which is mandatory.
• Document format should be in PDF format only.
• Document/file name should be of 10 character maximum.

Payment of Himachal MBBS/ BDS Application Fee

The application fee of Himachal MBBS BDS Admission 2017 has to be paid through online process. Candidates can pay the application fee through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking etc. Candidates are informed that the “Rupay Card is not acceptable”.

Submission of the Application Form

Candidates are advised to check the details of the application form and then make the final submission as the candidates need to know that once the application gets submitted, any changes in the application form will not be liable.

After the successful submission of the application form, the candidates are also advised to keep at least two printouts of the application form with them for future reference
