NIAM Jaipur PGDM (ABM) Admission 2018 - Chaudhary Charan Singh National Institute of Agricultural Marketing (NIAM) Jaipur invites application for the admission in two years Post Graduate Diploma Programme in Agricultural Business Management for the 2018-20 session. National Institute of Agricultural Marketing (NIAM) Jaipur is a leading Institute set up by the Government of India to the establishment of the agricultural marketing system in the country. The aspiring candidates can now apply online in NIAM Jaipur PGDM (ABM) 2018 to get admission in PGDM (ABM) Program which is equivalent MBA program. Candidates are advised to apply for the program before 28 February 2018.

The admission in this course would be based on CAT 2017 or CMAT 2018 Score.

Age

There is no age limit to apply for the NIAM PGDM (ABM) Program.

Qualifying Examination

NIAM Jaipur PGDM (ABM) Admissions are based on the CAT Score 2017. It is mandatory for the applicants to appear in the CAT 2017 Exam or CMAT 2018.

Academic Qualifications

• The candidates must have secured at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in a four-year Bachelor’s Degree for the admission in PGDM (ABM) program.
• The Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification obtained by the candidates must entail a minimum of three years of education after completing Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent in Agriculture or Allied Sciences from any Agriculture University/ Institute as recognised by ICAR/UGC.
• The candidates belonging to scheduled caste (SC), scheduled tribe (ST), and Differently Abled (DA) are required at least 45% marks in Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Candidates who have completed Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in any other subject such as Humanities, Social Science, Pure Science, Engineering, BBA, BCA, LLB, and Economics from a university recognized /registered under UGC are also eligible to apply.

Steps to fill the Application Form

STEP 1: Candidates need to register for the NIAM Application Form online through the official website or by following the link to the application form given above.

STEP 2: Candidates have to mention CAT registration number while registering for NIAM PGDM (ABM) Programme.

STEP 3: Candidates need to fill the online application form very carefully with the accurate details in the prescribed columns.

STEP 4: Now the applicants will have to enter their educational and the academic details including the work experiences. Any fault in the data entered by the applicants can lead to the termination of the application process.

STEP 5: At last, candidates need to submit the application form by entering the details of the demand draft of the application fee and keep a copy of the confirmation page safe for the future references.

Submission of Application Form

Submission of the NIAM Jaipur PGDM (ABM) is to be submitted in offline mode via registered post or speed post. Applicants need to check that the details filled by them are correct in all aspect, and also to keep at least two printouts of the application form along with them for the future reference.

NIAM Jaipur PGDM (ABM) Course Fee Submission Schedule

A Laptop with the latest configuration is required for PGDM (ABM) course. Therefore students are advised to purchase the same.

NIAMS PGDM (ABM) admission is done on the basis of CAT Scores. The CAT Exam is held on 26 November 2017. The CAT Answer Key and Result will be declared on the official website of NIAM and the merit list will be prepared thereafter. Shortlisted candidates will be called for the further selection process.

NIAM PGDM (ABM) Selection Process

The NIAM PGDM (ABM) Selection process will be done on the basis of CAT Scores and the multi-stages process in which diversity factor is the important parameter of selection, All the applicants will have to go through the 5 stages selection process in order to be selected for the Admissions to NIAM Jaipur PGDM (ABM).

• All the candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria will have to appear for CAT- 2018 and weightage for final selection which is described as below:

The institute will prepare the merit list by calling candidates for group discussion, personal interview, easy writing by adding the diversity factor to the CAT Score.

The merit will be prepared category wise i.e. OBC, SC, ST, PH. The CAT score weightage will be computed as follows:
