IISWBM Kolkata MBA and MHRM Admission 2018

IISWBM Kolkata MBA and MHRM Admission 2018 will be based on CAT 2017 Scores. IISWBM (Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management) Kolkata offers two years full-time Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Human Resource Management affiliated to Calcutta University (CU). For IISWBM Kolkata MBA and MHRM Admission 2018 applicants have to first apply for the CAT 2017 Exam and then apply to the IISWBM separately.  The Admission for NRI/FN/PIOs will be based on GMAT scores.

• The Degree is recognised by the All India Technical Education (AICTE), Department of Education, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India

IISWBM offers separate Application process for the students who want to seek admission into MBA and MHRM courses. The candidates need to apply separately for IISWBM application process and the last date to apply is 15 December 2017.

For Indian Candidates

• Academic Qualification
  • The candidates must have completed his/her Graduation in Honours or equivalent course (where honours is not available) from a recognized University with a minimum 50% marks (45% in case of SC/ST/PwD).
  • The Candidates can be a Graduate in any professional course that is Engineering, 5 years LLB of a recognised University are eligible to apply.
• Other Qualification
  • The candidates appearing for the examination within June 2018 may also apply.

Foreign/ NRI/ PIOs Candidates

• A candidate residing abroad must have valid GMAT scores to be eligible. Admission may be considered subject to Bachelor's Degree qualification and any other requirements of Calcutta University

The candidates must read the information brochure carefully before filling the application form. The candidates need to know that application form should be filled on or before the due date i.e. 15 December 2017.

Payment of IISWBM Application Fee

Payment of the IISWBM Application Form can be made through "SBI POWER JYOTI" Challan or Online Banking (Debit/ Credit/ NetBanking). The method for online, as well as offline payment, is given below.

• For Online Payment: The candidates who have selected Online application mode will make the payment through Debit/Credit card or NetBanking.
• For Offline Payment: The candidates who have decided to download the application form have to Make a payment to the Bank through "SBI POWER JYOTI" challan.

Submission of the Application Form 

The candidates who have paid the application fee online need not send the application form or any other document to the Institute. Only those who have paid the application fee through 'SBI Power Jyoti' must submit send the duly filled DL application form along with the IISWBM’S copy of Power Jyoti A/C No. 32495656710 Challan to the following address. CAndidates must note that no application will be entertained if the form reaches the Institute after 15 December 2017.

Application Fee: Applicants will have to pay Rs.1,500 for the Application Form and the Brochure via Online mode or by making payment through cash or by offline SBI Challan.

Indian candidates Selection

• IISWBM Kolkata Admission for MBA and MHRM will be based on the CAT scores of the candidates from the IIM Admission Committee. The IIMs will play no role in the selection process of IISWBM.
• The shortlisted candidates on the basis of their CAT 2017 cut-marks will be called for Group Discussion and Personal Interview at IISWBM Kolkata or other centres outside West Bengal that is New Delhi, Ranchi, Bhubaneswar, Guwahati.

NRI/FN/PIOs Selection

• The selection process of the NRI/ FIOs/ PIOs will be based on their GMAT scores. Those candidates must apply by giving the details of academic background along with the certified copy of passport and other relevant documents.
• The Admission of the NRI/FN/PIOs may be considered subject to Bachelor’s Degree qualification and any other requirements of Calcutta University.

IIWSBM Admissions 2018 will not be conducting any separate entrance test for the admissions to the MBA and MHRM courses, However,  Exam scores of CAT 2017 and GMAT Exam will be considered for the selection procedure.
