About REAP
REAP 2018 is for the admission in B.Tech College in Government Aided and Private Unaided Technical Institutions of Rajasthan except for BITS Pilani, MNIT Jaipur, and other Deemed & Private Universities. The conducting body for REAP 2018 is Centre for Electronic Governance (CEG). REAP (Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process) 2018 is for admission to both the Domicile and non-domicile candidates of Rajasthan. REAP 2018 Counselling Result for Round 2 Declared online. While filling the application form of REAP 2018, the candidates are also liable to do the choice filling and payment of application fee. REAP Counselling is conducted in three rounds and one special round. REAP Eligibility criteria
Age: The candidate must be born on or after 1 October 1993. The age criteria are relaxed by 5 years for SC, ST and PwD candidates.
Domicile: The admission is open to both Rajasthan domicile candidates and also to candidates from other states.
Academic Qualification:
- B.Tech: Candidates must have passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subjects with 45% marks in each subject (40% in case of SC/ST/OBC - NCL/ MBC -NCL candidates from the state of Rajasthan). The candidates appearing for the Class 12 or equivalent qualifying examination in the year 2018 are also eligible to apply for REAP-2018.
NOTE - The candidates who have appeared in JEE Mains 2018 will be given first priority for admission.
REAP Application form and Admit Card
REAP application process and choice filling started from 1 June 2018. The candidates can fill the application form of REAP 2018 online only. The last date to fill the form was 30 June 2018. Hence, the candidates could fill and submit the application form on or before 30 June 2018. Before filling up the application form, the candidates must read the brochure of REAP 2018
Candidates need to make the Online payment of Rs 700 (+ 5 Rs as service charge) which is a non-refundable amount through E-Mitra kiosk centre or through Bill Desk using credit cards/debit cards/net banking. The kiosk will generate a 12/16 digit Token number for the candidate which they must keep it safely for future use.
- Now the candidates need to make the payment first and then fill the further details in the Online Application Form.
- The candidates can take a printout of the duly filled in complete online Application form for future use.
Submission of Application Form
REAP 2018 Application Form should be submitted online only. The candidates after filling all the details in the form should cross-check all the information. The candidates can make any changes according to them if there have some changes to be made. After the final submission of the form, the candidates are suggested to keep the printout of the application form with them. Filling of REAP 2018 application form involves the registration, choice filling and payment procedure.
REAP Fees
- The candidates applying for admission into B. Tech program have to make payment of the application fee of Rs 700.
- In REAP 2018, it is mandatory to deposit Advance fee of Rs. 10,000 to participate in counselling process for admission. This fee is fully adjustable in case admission is taken at the allotted institute. Refund of Rs. 9000- (after deduction of 1000)

REAP Result and Counselling
REAP Merit List Criteria
Merit will be prepared on the basis of total marks obtained by the candidate in JEE Main 2018. The merit of the candidates securing equal marks in aggregate in the JEE Main 2018 will be decided in the following order:
- During preparing the merit list for admission, first priority will be given to JEE Main- 2018 candidates and second priority will be given to 12th board percentile candidates.
- The marks obtained in Mathematics in JEE (Mains)-2018 will determine the relative merit of such candidates.
- In a case of marks in Mathematics also being equal, the marks obtained in Physics at JEE (Mains)-2018 will determine the merit.
- In case there is a tie on the basis of the above criteria, the relative merit will be decided by the age of the candidate. The candidate of higher age (older candidate) will be placed on higher merit.
- In a case of all the parameter as mentioned above are equal then, randomization will be adopted for deciding the rank of such candidates.
- When all the seats have been allotted to the candidates with JEE Main score 2018 and the list are exhausted then the remaining vacant seats will be distributed to the candidates according to their Class 12 merit percentage and the option filled by them.
