DTE Maharashtra Architecture Admission 2019 to First Year Degree will be done via the Centralised Admission Process (CAP). The aspiring candidates can fill the CAP Application Forms for Architecture Courses. The DTE CAP counselling dates have been released. Candidates can get the details related to the counselling on this page. The registration process has started on 17 June 2019. Centralised Admission Process is being conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education, M.S., Mumbai in the State of Maharashtra. The admission in DTE Maharashtra for the B.Arch course will be done on the basis of NATA scores or normalised JEE Main Paper 2 Score. DTE Maharashtra Architecture Admission Eligibility criteria
Nationality: Candidate should be an Indian National. The candidates belonging to Maharashtra, All India Candidature Candidate, Jammu and Kashmir Migrant Candidate are eligible to apply.
Academic Qualifications: Candidate should have passed Class 12 examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with subject Mathematics.
OR
- The candidate can also have passed the 10+3 Full-time Diploma (any stream) examination recognised by AICTE/Central/State Government or its equivalent examination.
- Candidate should have secured a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. (45% marks in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability belonging to Maharashtra state only). [Applicable to both Diploma and Class 12]
Qualifying Exam: Candidate should have obtained a minimum 40% marks i.e. 80 marks out of 200 at NATA 2019 conducted by the Council of Architecture.
Children of NRI / OCI / PIO, Children of Indian workers in the Gulf countries, Foreign National:
- The candidate must have a Class 12 exam from a recognised Board or its equivalent exam with Mathematics and obtained at least aggregate 50% marks.
OR
Candidate should have passed full-time Diploma (10+3) examination recognized by All India Council for Technical Education or Central or State Government or its equivalent examination and obtained a minimum of aggregate 50% marks.
- Candidates must have scored qualifying marks in NATA or have obtained Non zero Positive score in JEE Main Paper II.
DTE Maharashtra Architecture Admission Application form and Admit Card
To participate in Centralised Admission Process (CAP), the eligible candidates have to fill Online Application Form for CAP. The candidate can also fill the online application form via Facilitation Centre. The Centre will facilitate the candidate in complete CAP Application Process ranging from filling the Online Application Form, scanning the documents to uploading the required documents without any charges.
- The candidates can also fill the Online Application Form themselves and upload the scanned copies of the required documents through any computer connected to the internet from home, cyber cafe.
- After filling the application form candidate will have to personally visit the Facilitation Centre for Confirmation of Online Application Form and Document Verification.

Documents to be uploaded for CAP B.Arch Registration
- Class 10 and 12/ Diploma Mark sheets.
- JEE(Main) Paper 2 / NATA Score Card Mark Sheet
- School leaving certificate after passing Class 12.
- Certificate of the Indian Nationality of the candidate.

Submission of Application Form
Candidate can edit/update the information in his application form before he confirms it at any of the Facilitation Centre. After filling the application form candidate will have to personally visit the Facilitation Centre for Confirmation of Online Application Form and Document Verification.
The CAP Application form has to be submitted Online Only. However, J & K Migrant candidates should send the print of online filled application form & required documents by hand/speed post/courier for verification & confirmation to (Candidates shall write on the envelope “Application of J & K Migrant” for admission to Architecture):

The candidates can also submit their online application form at the facilitation centre itself. The candidates can also use the service of the facilitation centre to submit the online option form for CAP Rounds, however, it is not mandatory for the candidates. The Facilitation

It is to be noted that the applications registered online/verified & confirmed at SETU after the 21 June 2019 will be considered only for Non-CAP Seats. All the candidates will have to visit the facilitation centre for document verification, the scanning, and uploading of the documents. The application fee for the DTE Maharashtra B.Arch admission is given category wise. The candidates can find their application fee according to their category and the candidates need to pay the application fee only once. DTE Maharashtra Architecture Admission Result and Counselling
DTE Maharashtra has released the provisional merit status for the candidates for the admission into the Architecture course. The candidates need to enter their application id and Date of Birth. After providing the details, the candidates will be able to check their provisional merit status. The CAP Counselling schedule for the subsequent rounds has been revised and given below.
- As the DTE Maharashtra offers the admission to the first-year degree via CAP. The participating institutes for the same are given below. Participating Institutes in DTE Maharashtra Architecture Admission through CAP include the following:
- All Government & Government-Aided Architecture Colleges, University Departments, Government Autonomous Institutes, and University Managed Institutes.
- Un-Aided Architecture Colleges which are participating in the common counselling process are:
- Recognised by the Government of Maharashtra
- Affiliated to any one of the Non-Agricultural Universities in the State of Maharashtra

DTE Maharashtra B. Arch Merit List Process
The merit list will be prepared by giving equal weightage 50:50 as given below:
- NATA 2019 Score: The score of NATA obtained by the candidate out of 200 will be converted into marks out of 100
- Class 12/ Full-time Diploma or its Equivalent examination’s score: Aggregate marks obtained by the candidate in Class 12/ Full-time Diploma or its Equivalent examination will be converted into marks out of 100.
Merit list for NRO/Foreign Candidates
Merit List for NRI/Foreign Student/OCI/PIO candidate will be prepared on the basis of the higher percentage of marks at Class 12 or its equivalent. If two candidates scored the same them the tie will be resolved in the following manner:
- The higher percentage of marks in Mathematics at SSC.
- The higher percentage of aggregate marks in SSC.

The allotment of B.Arch seats for All India Candidates will be done through CAP on the basis of Score obtained by giving 50% weightage to HSC marks and 50% weightage to valid score for 2019 of National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA)
