Jamia Hamdard MBBS Admission 2019 would be done on the basis of NEET Medical Entrance Exam which is conducted by CBSE at All India level. Jamia Hamdard MBBS Eligibility criteria
Candidates who are seeking admission to the MBBS program in Jamia Hamdard must qualify the given requirements.
Age
On 31 December of the preceding year, the candidate must have attained 17 years of age but it shouldn’t be more than 25 years. Proof of age based on the High School/Secondary School or Equivalent Examination has to be met.
Qualifying Examination
- The Higher Secondary Examination or the Indian School Certificate Examination which is equivalent to 10+2. The last two years of study comprising of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics or any other elective subject with English
- Candidates must have passed the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (45% for candidates with locomotory disability of lower limbs).
Jamia Hamdard MBBS Application form and Admit Card
Application form for admission to MBBS courses is accepted online only. The last date to fill Jamia Hamdard Application form will be in first week of July 2019. However, as per the notification of Union Grant Commission (UGC), the NEET is mandatory for admission to MBBS /BDS course in any government and private medical colleges in India. To appear in NEET exam, the candidates need to fill the NEET Application Form.
Candidate can apply for the maximum of three courses in one application form. The Application fee for supplementary examination will be charged separately. The candidate has to follow the following steps to fill Jamia Hamdard MBBS Application Form:

STEP 1: Candidate has to first select he/she wants to apply. On selecting the course type you will see the available courses for which you may apply.
- Candidate can select a maximum number of three preferences. Select a minimum of one preference over here to proceed further. On selecting the course type you will be taken to Application form page.
STEP 2: Fill in the Application Form: Here the candidate has to give Personal information, Contact information, Correspondence address, Qualifying examination details and Read the declaration. The candidate must also specify whether they have been ever enrolled into Jamia Hamdard.
STEP 3: Upload the Photographs
STEP 4: Pay the Application Fee; At the time of submission of the form, the appearing candidate will have to make a nominal payment of Rs. 1200 as application fee. Hamdard MBBS Application fee can be paid in one of the following ways:
- Paytm wallet
- Net Banking
- Credit/Debit Card
- Demand Draft: The fee will be accepted in the form of crossed Demand Draft drawn in favour of ‘Jamia Hamdard’ payable at New Delhi
For online form filling, you need a scanned copy of the photograph, required information documents.
Note: Jamia University application form can be filled only Online, although University reserves the right to accept Offline applications as and when required.
Submission of Application Form
Hamdard University application form must not be sent by post. The candidate has to visit the website of the Jamia Hamdard University and straightway fill the form from there. However, candidates are advised to take a printout of application form for future reference. The printout of the application form has not to be sent via post.
Jamia Hamdard MBBS Fees
The candidates applying for Jamia Hamdard MBBS Admission 2019 have to pay Rs.1500 for the application fee.

Jamia Hamdard MBBS Result and Counselling
- Jamia Hamdard MBBS Admission 2019 (other than Management quota) shall be based strictly on NEET merit based on NEET score/rank secured by candidates who have also applied in Jamia Hamdard on the prescribed MBBS application form issued by Jamia Hamdard.
- Jamia Hamdard MBBS Admission 2019 under the management quota will be made from amongst the candidates who have applied in this quota on the prescribed MBBS application form issued by Hamdard University.
Jamia Hamdard Counselling
- After the declaration of the NEET result, the list of selected candidates will be declared on the University Notice Board and on University’s website.
- If the candidates fail to appear on the counselling date, they will not be allowed to appear for any further counselling rounds and their seat will go to the waitlisted candidates.
- The university will also declare a wait-list for those seats that have not been filled.
- Candidates are required to produce the original mark sheets/certificate of qualifying examination and other necessary documents and submit attested copies of the same at the time of reporting for admission while completing the admission formalities.

Documents required at the time of Jamia Hamdard MBBS counselling
The candidates must carry the following original as well as photocopy for verification on the day of Counselling:
- Print-out of the Jamia Hamdard MBBS Application Form
- NEET 2019 Score Card and NEET 2019 Admit Card
- 10+2 (Intermediate/Sr.Secondary)/or equivalent examination Certificate/Mark Sheet
- Date of Birth/High School/Matric Certificate
- Locomotor Disability Certificate (if applicable), issued by the competent authority as per the MCI norms subject to verification by University Medical Board.
- Intervening Certificate, if any
- Transaction ID Number, if the application fee is paid through Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking
- Pay-in-Slip, if application form paid through pay-in-slip in the bank
- Six passport Size Photograph, with two photographs self-attested
- Demand Draft of the required amount paid in favour of HIMSR payable at New Delhi.
