• IP is the only College of Delhi University that offers the Bachelor in Mass Media and Mass Communication [BMMC] degree and is also one among the Top Mass Communication Colleges in Delhi.
• This course which started in 1998 has been the flagship course. Duration of the Self-Financed Course is 3 years
• There is no reservation under Kashmiri Migrants, Sikkimese Students, Ward Quota and Sports/ECA in all those courses where the admission is based on the entrance exam.

The entrance exam of BA (H) Multimedia & Mass Communication was held on 6 July 2019 the candidates who appeared in the exam will be able to check their result on this page. The result for admission to the IP College for Women is likely to be declared in the third week of July 2019. Steps to fill the application form for admission in IP College for Women

• STEP 1: The candidates have to register themselves on the official website of Delhi University by providing general information and create login credentials.
• STEP 2: After the completion of the email id and login credentials, the candidates have to log in to the official website of DU with the same login credentials. There the candidates have to fill the required details in each and every section of the form.
• STEP 3: Tofillonline application form, the candidates have to fill the required details in the given section of the application form provided. The candidates have to fill in the following details:
  • Personal Details: In this section of the IP application form, the candidates have to fill the contact details, upload photographs and signature etc.
  • Education Details: The candidates in this section have to fill the academically related details such as Name of the Board that conducted the Class 12 Examination Board roll number and other relevant details.
  • Course Selection: In this section of the application form, the candidates have to do the selection of the course and have to check their eligibility to pursue that course.
• STEP 4: After filling the application form, the candidates have to make the payment of the application form. The application would be considered successful only after the payment of the application fee.

Submission of the Application Fee

After filling up the application form, the candidates are suggested to cross check all the information filled by them before finally submitting the application form. IP College for Women DUET Admit Card

The admission in the IP College for Women to pursue BA (Hons) Multimedia and Mass Communication is done based on the entrance test. The admit card will be available for the candidates who are going to appear in the exam. As it is a self-financed course, so the final selected candidates are required to pay Total Course Fee amounting to Rs 70,100 per annum through Demand Draft in favour of “Principal, Indraprastha College for Women” payable at Delhi.

• Syllabus: There is no prescribed syllabus or format for the entrance test
• Total Questions: 100
• It is a computer-based test
• Marking Scheme:  Each correct answer will get a score of plus 4 marks, each wrong answer will get a score of minus 1 mark and a question not answered will get a score of zero marks.

• IP College has a fully air-conditioned studio and the audio-visual production centre. The centre is fully equipped with every equipment required for audio and video production.
• The studio also has a separate production control room for sound recording and mixing which has a recording machine with 32 channel digital mixer which supports multi-track recording.
• They also have an editing bay for all kind of post-production activities and the classrooms are equipped with projection facilities.
