About NCWEB
NCWEB Admission 2018 for UG courses enables many young women who cannot join the regular college during Saturdays/Sundays and other academic breaks. However, through NCWEB students will not be allowed to pursue any other full-time course. NCWEB admission aims to help the female students from Delhi to take University of Delhi examinations with special coaching once a week. NCWEB has now established in 26 UG centres having approximately 24,000 students. A total of 284 seats has been reserved for B.A. (Program) in each teaching centre. The application form for NCWEB admission 2018 has started. The link to fill the NCWEB application form has been provided on this page. The last date to fill NCWEB admission 2018 application form is 7 June. Only candidates who fill the application form will be able to download it. - NCWEB enables young women who are unable to attend regular college due to various reasons to pursue their higher education from Delhi University.
- It gives its students the liberty to give examinations under the university but without the need to attend regular classes so the students attend the prescribed numbers of lectures and appear for the examination.
- Students pursuing UG from NCWEB are not eligible to pursue any full-time course with their studies but they can, however, pursue part-time certificate/diploma courses in the language. Students can, however, pursue a job with the studies at NCWEB.
- Non-Collegiate Women’s Education Board (NCWEB) receives a lot of applications but is able to enrol only 20% of the total applicants to the college.
The interested women candidates must apply for the NCWEB Admission 2018. The students will be provided the seats by the officials based on the former's previous education. The officials will release the merit list along with the candidates' names. The NCSWEB Cutoff list will be published on the official website: https://ncweb.du.ac.in/ncweb/. Reopen of NCWEB Admission Process
The Delhi University Admission Committee has decided to open the web portal for registration to NCWEB. The female applicants who are residents of Delhi and had selected BA (Programme) and BCom (Programme) as their subjects during registration on the DU while filling the regular form are eligible to apply to NCWEB.
NCWEB Admission portal will remain open until the end of admission at NCWEB. This move is especially useful to those who did not choose NCWEB at the time of registration but would like that option now.
NCWEB BA and BCom Seats and Centres Details 2018
- Number of Seats in BA Programme at each centre - 284 Seats
- Number of Seats in B.Com at each centre - 184 Seats
- The total number of seats of NCWEB has been reduced by 32 this year.

NCWEB Teaching Centers and Attendance
- NCWEB has a provision for admission to three years BA Programme and B.Com. There is no other course for admission at the UG level.
- The classes are held only on Saturdays/Sundays, academic breaks and the student needs to get a minimum of 66% attendance.
- Most of the teachers of the University of Delhi and affiliated Colleges are deputed as guest
faculty to teach the Non-Collegiate students. - There were 13 Teaching Centres where the Classes for NCWEB are held and now 12 more teaching centres are added making it a total of 25 NCWEB teaching centres

NCWEB Eligibility criteria
- Women Residents of NCR: Women candidate residing in National Capital Territory of Delhi- NCR can apply to the admissions under the undergraduate program.( and they are advised to choose the center which is the nearest to their area of residing)
- Academic Qualification: The candidate must have completed her class 12 from CBSE/ICSE or any an equivalent examination or Pre-university Examination of an Indian University (recognised by University of Delhi) or Intermediate Examination of the Indian University/Board /equivalent Examination or General Certificate of Education Examination of U.K
- Minimum Qualifying Marks: The minimum percentage required to apply for admissions is 40% in aggregate.
The Student having a compartment in Class 12 Board Exam or Equivalent are eligible for admission on the provisional basis, Their admission will be confirmed once they clear the exam and submit the required documents.
Not Eligible for NCWEB admission 2018
- The students passing the eleven-year schooling examination will not be eligible for admission to the undergraduate courses.
NCWEB Application form and Admit Card
The application process for the admission in the BA programme or B.Com courses in NCWEB has started from 15 May 2018. The candidates who are seeking admission in the colleges associated with Non-collegiate women's education board should apply on or before the last date. Steps to Fill the NCWEB Application Form
- The Application Form should be filled Online.
- The Student has to select the course and the college where they want to take admission.
- The student is also required to take full care of her admission form till it gets submitted.
- Students have to bring a photocopy of the filled in admission form on a single page (printed on both sides) and take the stamped photocopy and keep it as an acknowledgement.
- No Photocopies of certificates/documents or photographs are to be attached with the application form.
Documents Required at the time of NCWEB Admission
- Class 10 Board Examination Certificate
- Class 10 Mark sheet
- Class 12 Mark Sheet
- Class 12 Character certificate
- SC/ST/PWD certificate if required
- OBC certificate if required
- Transfer Certificate from school and Migration Certificate from board/university for those who have passed senior secondary from outside Delhi.
- Two Passport size self -attested photographs.
- Resident cum Character Certificate in the Prescribed Format.
The candidates must note that all the aforementioned documents have to be produced originally.
Submission of the Application Form
The filled in application form should be submitted through online mode only. The candidates should know that the application form should be filled with prior attention and the candidates should check the information filled by them in the application form before the final submission. The print copy of the completed application form should not be sent via post.

NCWEB Scholarships 2018
The NCWEB provides the cutoffs to 1000 students enrolled in their UG programmes everywhere. The financial aid is being provided to the candidates who have applied for the scholarship before 30 September 2018. The scholarships of Rs 3,365 and Rs 3,465 fees for BA (Programme) and BCom (Programme) will be disbursed to the accounts of the students who are financially weaker sections and meritorious students.
After admissions, those applying for the scholarship will be required to submit a form, which they can access from their website. This form has to be submitted at their respective centres along with their income certificate, previous year's mark sheets, and in case belonging to the Below Poverty Line (BPL) category -their BPL ration card, before 30 September 2017.
NCWEB 2018 FAQS
Which are Subjects of Class 12 or Equivalent Included for admission to BA Programme?
- For admission in B.A program the marks of best four subjects will be calculated (one language and three best subjects or an addition of anyone vocational subject can be included)
Which are Subjects of Class 12 or Equivalent that are Included for admission to B.Com?
- For admission in B.Com, the marks are included for Accountancy, Business Studies, One language, and one other subject/vocational will be included
- Preference will be given to Commerce Students, for Non-commerce stream students there will be a deduction of 5% marks for admission to B.Com.
NCWEB Cut off lists and its criteria
- Every Teaching Centre releases its own cut-off. Thus, the candidate who wishes to study at a particular centre must attain a minimum percentage of score declared by the centre/college
- The board declares cut-off lists under two categories under its undergraduate admission process. One list is of B.A Program and the other is for B.Com
- The cut-off percentage for admission will be notified both at the Centres and Office of the Board as per schedule.
