About Symbiosis SITEEE
Symbiosis Institute of Technology has been declared 14 May 2018 in the form of scorecard. Candidates who appeared in the entrance test can download the SITEEE result 2018 in online mode only. To download SITEEE 2018 result, aspirants must enter the SET ID and password in the space provided. The result of Symbiosis Institute of Technology 2018 displays the name of candidate, scores secured and rank. On the basis of SITEEE result, the merit list will be prepared. Only qualified candidates will be called for counselling process which will commence from 2 June 2018. Apart from this, Symbiosis University also grants admission to UG courses on the basis of MHT CET and JEE Main scores. SET is a common written test for the admission processes of undergraduate institutes of Symbiosis International University. Candidate should note that SET is only the first step. Each Symbiosis Institute has its independent selection process and thus the candidates have to apply individually to the Symbiosis Institute of Technology.

- SET (Engineering) is conducted in order to give admission to eligible candidates in various Undergraduate Engineering Programmes in Symbiosis Institute of Technology (SIT)
- B.Tech students at SIT get a chance to study one semester at a partner university abroad.
- Symbiosis Institute of Technology (SIT) also admits students through JEE Main conducted at National level and thus, the SET exam is not mandatory for admission, However, the candidate can appear in both JEE MAIN 2018 Exam and Symbiosis Entrance Test 2018.

Symbiosis SITEEE Eligibility criteria
The applicants have to appear in the SET Symbiosis Entrance Test 2018 to be eligible for the admission to the Symbiosis Institute of Technology. The eligibility criteria for the Indian Students and the International Students are given below
Indian Students/ Foreign Nationals /Non Resident Indians
- Academic Qualification: Candidate must have passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of Chemistry / Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject.
- Minimum Qualifying Marks: Candidate must have secured a minimum aggregate of 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to SC/ST category) as the aggregate of above subjects.
- Students can take admission in Symbiosis Institute of Technology on the basis of scores secured either in JEE Main 2018 or Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET) 2018 or MHT CET 2018.
International Students Admission
The eligibility criteria for the international candidates is same as mentioned above. However, The international candidates do not need to appear for an entrance exam (SET/JEE-Main/MHTCET) in India. The candidates also have to see their eligibility as per SCIE norms

Admission through Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET)
SET 2018 Application Process is soon to be started for the admission into BTech courses. Candidates can register for SET examination on Official Website by paying an online fee. SET 2018 Application form can be filled online only for various undergraduate courses and candidates are required to fill the Common Application Form.
However, for admission in some of the undergraduate courses, the Symbiosis Entrance Test is not applicable. The candidates are advised to follow the link below to apply online for the SET exam and to get the complete details on SET 2018 Application form
Admission through JEE (Main)
- Candidates can register for Symbiosis Institute of Technology by filling up the online form and making a payment of Rs. 1500, on the official website of SIT.
- The JEE Main Score can be submitted later. Registered candidates can communicate their marks/rank in the examination after a declaration of the JEE Main result. Selected candidates have to report to the Institute for counselling and admission.
Admission through MHT CET
The admission into Symbiosis Institute of Technology for B.Tech course is done on the basis of SET/JEE (Main)/MHT CET. The candidates can fill the application form through online mode only. Once the application gets started, the link to apply online for the same will be updated on this page. The counselling of the MHT CET is likely to be done in the month of June 2018.

Symbiosis SITEEE Fees
The applicants have to pay the application fee for the admission to the Symbiosis Institute if Technology If candidates are applying for the admission by appearing in the Symbiosis Entrance Test, JEE Main or MHT CET. The prescribed fee to be paid by the candidates at the time of filling the application form is given below.
The candidates can apply through SET/ JEE (Main)/ MHT CET. Therefore, the application fee for the different entrance exam is given in the table below.

Applicants have to pay the fee of Rs 1,000 as the registration fee for the particular college applicants is applying for, In case the applicants are applying for the admission t more than one Institute, they will have to pay the admission fee per Institute.
Symbiosis Institute of Technology B.Tech Fee
The total course fee for BTech at Symbiosis Institute of Technology is Rs. 13,00,000. This includes the tuition fee, Hostel Fee and Mess Charges.

Symbiosis SITEEE Result and Counselling
Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their score in SET 2018 or JEE Main 2018 or MHT CET 2018. SET Result 2018 has been declared on 14 May 2018. The link to download SET B.Tech 2018 result is provided in the article above. Each of the colleges accepting SET Score under Symbiosis University will release their SET Scores Cut-offs and an email will be sent to the shortlisted candidates to appear in the further admission process comprising of Personal Interviews and WAT.
Selection through JEE Main 2018
- Candidates applying for Symbiosis Institute of Technology through JEE Main are required to fill the Registration Form Online and make payment of Rs. 1500, on the official website of SIT.
- The selected candidates will have to report in the Institute for counselling and admission to be held in the month of June 2018.
Symbiosis Institute of Technology Counselling
- Candidates are required to pay the registration fee once and they can participate in counsellings of all entrance exams (SET and JEE Main)
- If a candidate registers with the Institute for counselling in any one of the entrance exam and pays the requisite amount, they can appear in all the counsellings without paying registration fees again.
