ITSAT 2018- B.Tech admission at ICFAI University

ITSAT 2018 (ICFAI Tech School Admission Test ) is an all India admission entrance exam conducted by the ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (IFHE), Hyderabad. ITSAT 2018 entrance exam tests the aptitude of the students seeking admission into the four years B.Tech in ICFAI University. ITSAT 2018 will be conducted in both Computer Based Test and Pen and Paper Test.   • In HP the admission will be on the basis of JEE Main 2018 and students are not required to appear in ITSAT 2018.

Academic Qualification: Applicants should have completed the 12-year format of schooling and should have passed Class 12 or equivalent. Students appearing in class 12 in 2018 can also apply for ITSAT 2018.

Age: The applicants should fulfil the respective age criteria as prescribed by the respective board of qualifying the exams.

Minimum Qualifying Marks: An aggregate of marks as given in the table below in class 10 and 12 or its equivalent along with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics & English taken up as subjects. This would also imply to the students who are appearing for their Class exams.

Admission to ICFAI University Baddi, Himachal Pradesh 

The admission to ICFAI University Baddi Campus, Himachal Pradesh, the students need not take ITSAT 2018 and the admission will be based on JEE Main 2018.

• If the applicant is found ineligible for any reasons after the admission; his/her admission is liable to be cancelled.

Online Application Form

• Students can fill up the form by making a payment of Rs. 500 using online banking.
• Students must get their scanned colour photograph for the application of size 3.5 cm by 4.5 cm in GIF or JPG format of max 25 kb.
• The ITSAT material and prospectus will be sent to them.

Offline Application Form

• Download the application form and send it to the Admissions Officer after filling up the details along with a demand draft of Rs.500 in favour of ‘IFHE A/c ITSAT’ payable at Hyderabad.
• The respective material and the admission prospectus will be sent to the applicants.

ITSAT 2018 Admit Card

The students who have opted for the computer-based test can download the ITSAT Admit Card 2018 after Online booking the test date and time. The ITSAT Admit card 2018 can be downloaded immediately after booking the test slot. The students who have opted for the pen and paper-based test can download the admit card by entering the required details on the website.

ICFAI University B.Tech Fee Structure 2018

* The students to be admitted to the ICFAI Universities of Jaipur, Raipur and Himachal Pradesh are required to make a payment of Rs 20,000 in order to reserve their seat. This amount will be deducted from the tuition fee.

** Students to get admitted to ICFAI’s Himachal Pradesh campus are required to pay Rs 10,000 each year towards the Institutional Development charges, as additional charges.

All students getting admitted to B.Tech. The program should pay the first-semester fee at the time of admission.

ITSAT Result 2018 will be announced on 7 May 2018. Selected candidates will be informed by email and posts and a selection letter will be sent to them. Candidates need to reply with their choice of campus.They will be allotted the preferred campus on the basis of their ranks held in ITSAT 2018.

Admission will be offered based on scores secured in ITSAT 2018 / JEE Main 2018 / State Level / Other National Level Engineering Entrance Tests 2018.

Documents to be Submitted 

• Submit the attested copies of the mark-sheets of class 10 and 12
• Birth certificate
• transfer/migration certificate along with the completion certificate of the qualifying exams from the respective board of education by August 2018 at the campus of IFHE, Hyderabad.

• The students appearing for 10+2 will be submitting the same copies of the documents except the ones not received from the board of education.
• The remaining ones will have to be submitted by September 2018

Both computer-based exam & offline tests constitute objective type questions in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English in multiple choice format.

There will be 30 questions in each of the core subjects of Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English.

ICFAI Scholarship 2018 for B.Tech

ITSAT Merit Scholarship 2018 is provided by ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (IFHE), Hyderabad to the students who are pursuing B.Tech Program from ICFAI Universty. The Merit Scholarships are based on the performance of the students in class 12, JEE Main 2018 or State level engineering entrance Exam 2018 or Semester-wise performance during the B.Tech Program. There are two types of Merit Scholarship provided by IFHE:

ICFAI Merit Scholarship based on past academic record: The percentage obtained by the candidates in class 12 or any other equivalent examination rank national and local level engineering entrance exam ranks, conducted in the year 2018 will decide the scholarship. The scholarship amount will continue every semester only if the candidates maintain 6.0 GPA. The details of the scholarship are given below:

ICFAI Merit Scholarship based on Semester-wise performance: Only 10% of the student of each batch will be awarded merit scholarship based on their semester-wise performance. This scholarship is in addition to the past academic record scholarship. The details of the scholarship is given below:

ICFAI 2018 Education Loan for B.Tech

ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (IFHE), Hyderabad also provides Education loan facility to the B.Tech students. The minimum loan amount is Rs 1 Lakh and the maximum loan amount is Rs 10 Lakhs. The Loan Facility is provided by the following banks to the B.Tech students:
