Sainik School Result 2021: Download Merit List

Sainik school result 2021 has been announced on 13 March 2021 for the written exam conducted on 7 February. Sainik School Merit List has prepared by NTA and is available on the NTA website for the written exam conducted on 7 February 2021. This is the first time that Sainik School written exam was conducted by NTA.  Schoolwise and category-wise merit list (separately for boys and girls and for Class 6 and Class 9) has been prepared. All those students whose name appear in the Sainik school Merit List will qualify for the medical fitness test. The final merit list will be prepared based on the written test and medical exam.

Sainik School Final Merit List will be published by a Sainik School on its website on the designated date after the Medical Exam and it shall include class-wise and category-wise roll numbers of candidates, in the order of their merit, reflecting Main List (equal to the total number of seats in the category) and Waiting List (remaining candidates)

All the students whether they have qualified or not can check their result. The students who qualified in the written test and had their name in the Sainik School first merit list will be called for a medical test. After that, the Sainik School final merit list is released, merit list for all schools to be given in the pdf format on this page. Scroll down to check the result.

Only the students who have passed the medical fitness test will be eligible for admission to Sainik school which comes under the Ministry of Defence. The fee for each Sainik school can be checked on the official website of the respective Sainik School.

Sainik School Result 2021 - Download Merit List

Category wise results for each Sainik school admission will be released soon. The final merit list will be released by Sainik School Society. Each Sainik School will release their separate result in the form of Sainik School merit list, and it contains the Roll number of the students who have qualified for both Class 6 and Class 9. Applicants have to check for their Roll Numbers in the Merit List prepared by the respective Sainik schools.

Sainik School Result 2021 (Written Test)

Sainik School Result 2021 has been released on 13 March and students can check the Sainik School Result for the exam that was conducted on 7 February. The result is available on this page in pdf format. The Result for all Sainik Schools is updated here, and the applicants can download the results of respective Sainik school. Applicants can check their  All India Sainik School Entrance Exam (AISSEE) Result. For this year admission, there will be no Interview round, and all the students who have qualified in the written round will appear in the medical fitness round. All those students who are medically fit will get admission in Sainik School.

Sainik School Result - School Wise (Written Round List)

Sainik School Result has been declared for all Sainik Schools. Students can check the result and see whether they have qualified for the next round. The dates for the medical fitness test has also been released by all the schools. In case of any query, the students can directly call the school and clarify their doubts. For some, the result has been announced but the dates for the medical fitness test has not been announced and it will be done soon.

Calculation of Sainik School Merit List 2021

There will be 300 marks for Written Examination for Class 6 and 400 marks for Class 9. The merit list for admission to the Sainik School would be compiled based on total marks.

In case there is a tie about overall marks

• the Marks for Mathematics would be considered.
• After that, the marks for English for Class 9 and Intelligence Test for class 6 will be considered.
• After that the marks for General Science for Class 9 and language for Class 6

Minimum Marks Required

A candidate is eligible for admission to the Sainik Schools, if he/ she secures a minimum of 25% marks in each subject of the exam and 40% marks in aggregate of all the subjects of AISSEE 2021. However, admission will be based on relative merit (in AISSEE) of candidate in his/ her category in the school opted by him/ her, medical fitness and verification of requisite documents.

However, no minimum marks are prescribed for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC) or Scheduled Tribe (ST) category.

Sainik School Medical Exam Dates

All the Sainik Schools also release Medical Exams dates. Some Sainik schools have released date of Medical exam with the result while the others will update the information on their official website. The candidates must visit the official website of the respective Sainik school for the Medical Exam Schedule.

Selection Process after Sainik School Result

 Applicants will have to go through the three stages selection process to be eligible for the admissions to Class 6 and 9 for the 2021-22 session. Only the students whose roll numbers of the entrance test are mentioned in the final merit lists prepared by the candidates will be considered selected. After the declaration of the Sainik School Entrance Result, the student should check their medical exam date

STAGE 1: AISSEE 2021 - Written Exam

All the applicants will have to go through a Common Entrance Exam scheduled on 7 February 2021, The shortlisted candidates as per the scores of the students will be called for the further stages of selection.

STAGE 2: Personal Interview (cancelled)

Earlier Shortlisted candidates by their scores were called for the Personal Interview at the dates and venue decided by the respective schools, where they will have to go through the personal interview.

STAGE 3: Medical Test

All the shortlisted applicants will have to go through the medical fitness test which will be conducted at the respective venue. After which the merit list of the shortlisted candidates will be created by the selection committee. The Medical test will be held at the military hospital.
