NTSE Stage 2 Answer Key 2020 (14 Feb) Available

NTSE Stage 2 answer key for the exam conducted on 14 February 2021 has been released by various coaching institutes. This is the unofficial answer key for NTSE stage 2 and students can go through them and calculate approximate marks they would be scoring in the exam.  Students are advised to wait for the NTSE official answer key which will be released by NCERT.

NTSE Stage 2 Answer Key 2020 (Official key) will be released by NCERT in last week of February for the NTSE stage 2 exam conducted on 14 February 2021. The answer key will be released for the MAT and SAT exam. In all, there were 200 questions and NTSE answer key will be released for all questions. The candidates are suggested to go through the NTSE answer key which is available on this page and can estimate their score before the declaration of the result.NTSE scholarship is given to students from Class 11 onwards (irrespective of class/course).

Out of these candidates who appeared for the NTSE Stage 2 Exam, only 2000 candidates will be selected for the scholarship.

NTSE Stage 2 Answer Key ( By Coaching institutes)

This is the unofficial answer key for NTSE Stage 2.  NTSE stage 2 result will be based on NTSE answer key released by NCERT.

From 2018 there was no language test in NTSE Stage 2 Exam and no negative marking. The NTSE score can be calculated based on the answer key. Each question is of 1 mark and total marks would be equal to the total number of correct answers. NTSE stage 2 official key will be available here for the NTSE Stage 2 Exam conducted on 14 February across the various centres in India by NCERT.

NTSE Stage 2 Answer Key 2020 - Check Online

NCERT will release the NTSE Stage 2 Answer Key for the exam conducted on 14 February 2021. The candidates who appeared for the exam can check the answer key and estimate their performance before the declaration of the result. The answer key is given below for MAT, SAT. However, if any of the candidates find the discrepancy in the answer key then he/ she can challenge the answer key with the correct format which is given towards the end of the page.

From 2018, NCERT has removed the language test and the negative marking.

Challenging the NTSE Stage 2 Answer Key 2020

If there is any discrepancy/error in the uploaded answer key then the candidates can send their objection against the same to the Controller’s Office in the given format before the due date through email at ntsexam.ncert@gov.in in Excel format only. The candidates should know that the objection concerning the answer key received after the due date will not be considered. The format in which the candidates have to submit the objection is given below.

NTSE Stage 2 Marking Scheme

The final Cut off and the NTSE Result will be based on the marks secured by the candidate in the MAT and SAT section of the scholarship exam. The students are allowed to take the NTSE question paper with them after the scholarship exam. So the students can calculate their approx. marks based on the answer key.

• Feedback on the Answer Key: Once the NCERT will release the official answer key, the candidates will be allowed to challenge the answer key. The dates until the answer key can be challenged will also be notified on the website.

The NCERT follows a very transparent system in the declaration of the NTSE Result. The answer sheets, answer key, and marks scored in MAT & SAT would be displayed  by the NCERT. The final result will have no state-wise quota and it will be based on marks secured by the students in the NTSE Stage 2 written exam. NTSE Result contains the following things

• Scanned Images of SAT and MAT OMR Sheet
• Final NTSE Answer Key for all the exams

NTSE Scholarship amount has been increased to Rs.1250 per month for Class 11 & 12, Rs. 2000 per month for Undergraduate & Post Graduate Students and PhD students the scholarship would be paid as per the UGC norms.
