Students have to apply by post for the Cultural Talent Search Scholarship Scheme 2018-19. They need to download the application form and then fill it offline by providing the required details. CCRT Scholarship Application Form 2018 can also be collected free of cost personally or by post from the office of CCRT, New Delhi and its regional Centres at Hyderabad, Udaipur and Guwahati. All the Nodal Officers in different states also have the schemes and application forms with them. The last date to apply for the CCRT Scholarship program is 31 January 2018.

CCRT Scholarship Application forms are available, candidates have to fill and submit the form before 31 Jan 2018. It is to be noted that the candidate can apply only in one subject/field in which he/she is confident because only one scholarship could be availed under the scheme. All applications of those, who apply in more than one subject/field, would be rejected straight away.
STEP 1- Fill the Application: For filling the application form, candidates need to fill their basic details like name, gender, date of birth, address, category and the monthly income of their father.

STEP 2- Affix Recent Passport size Photograph: Candidates need to affix their recent passport size photograph which should be duly attested by the Principal / the Headmaster of the School, in which they are studying.
STEP 4- Mobile no and Email Id: Candidates also need to provide their mobile number and valid email id for further communication.
STEP 4-Certificate from the School: Candidates need to submit the certificate from the present school where they are pursuing academic studies, to be signed by the Headmaster/Principal of the School with his/her seal.
General Guidelines to fill the Application Form:
Before applying for the CCRT Scholarship program, candidates should keep some instructions in mind. The general Guidelines to fill the CCRT Application Form are:
- Students should also submit the certificate from the present guru/teacher who is imparting training directly to them.
- Application for the scholarship should be submitted by the parents/guardians in the prescribed form in one field/subject only.
- Gurus/Parents are requested to ensure that their wards possess the certain level of proficiency in the field while applying.
- Applicants applying under the Differently Abled Children category must attach the self-attested photocopy of their Disability Certificate, issued by any competent authority.
- Applicants applying under the Traditional Artists Family (TAF) category, must attach a duly signed brief write-up on a separate sheet of paper giving complete details of minimum three (03) generations and their contribution to an art form
Submission of CCRT Scholarship Application Form
The duly filled in CCRT Scholarship Application Form must be sent in the hard-copy format. Candidates must take the photocopy of the application form before sending it by post and keep it safe. The application form must be posted on or before 31 January 2018 to the following address:

Documents to be enclosed with CCRT Application Form
In case of tribal students/ disabled students, applicants must attach the ST Certificate/disability Certificate whichever is applicable, issued by competent Authority. Else, application received won’t be considered under the relevant category.
Creative Writing/Literary Arts
Applicants applying in the field of Creative Writing/Literary Arts are required to attach three specimens of their latest original work (such as poems, stories, prose, play and essay etc.) duly attested by the Principal/Headmaster of their respective schools. These compositions of can be in any language recognized by the Constitution of India in its eighth schedule including English.
Students Applying for Performing Arts
Candidates need to attach a certificate from the Guru/Teacher imparting training, clearly mentioning the details regarding training received by them along with the Bio-data of the Guru/Teacher as per the prescribed format in the application form.
Students Applying for Painting
Students must attach three specimens of their latest work (Either original or photograph) duly attested by their Guru/Teacher along with the Bio-data of the Guru/Teacher as per the prescribed format in the application form.
Students Applying for Craft/Sculpture
Students must attach three specimens of their latest work (Either original or photograph) duly attested by their Guru/Teacher.
