GEEE 2018 - Galgotias University Admission

GEEE 2018 is conducted every year for Galgotias University Admission to 4 years B.Tech Programme. Galgotias University is a private university in Greater Noida & established in 2011 and is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC). GEEE 2018 exam scheduled to be conducted on 15 June 2018. It is a Pencil and Paper based test conducted in 20 cities in India. The meritious candidates in this exam are eligible for admission to B.Tech and its specialized courses. GEEE 2018 will have a two-fold advantage as it will act as Eligibility Test as well as Scholarship Test.

The candidates should have either passed or shall be appearing in Class 12, 2018 Board Exams either from CBSE, New Delhi or ICSE, New Delhi or State Board or any other Council, Institution, college etc. declared recognised by Council of Boards of School Education (COBSE), New Delhi or any other concerned apex body as applicable.

Academic Qualification for B. Tech/ B.Tech (with Hons)/ Integrated B.Tech - MBA:

• The candidates should have studied PCM (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) in Class 12.
• The candidate should have secured a minimum of 50% marks in PCM.
• Those who are appearing for the Class 12 examination in March/April 2018 (expect to secure minimum marks) are eligible to apply

Candidates can apply only online at the official website for Galgotia’s University. There is no pen and paper application form. The conventional method of pen and paper filling of form is done away. Steps to Fill the GEEE 2018 Application Form

STEP 1: Program Selection - Candidates have to select the preference of the program as well as examination centre.

STEP 2: Personal Details - Candidates have to fill their personal detail such as Name, DOB, Contact Number & Address, etc.

STEP 3: Academic Details - Candidates have to fill their Academic Details in the application form.

STEP 4: Payment of Application Fee - After the filling all details in the Form, candidates have to pay the application form for final submission.

The candidates can pay the application fee through (Credit Card / Debit Card / Paytm Wallet / Net Banking). This Application Fee covers the cost of Application form, University Brochure cum Information Handbook and Examination fee. Application fee once paid will not be refunded.

Application Submission

Candidates have to submit the GEEE 2018 Application Form through online mode only. There is no need to send the application form or any other document to the university. However, it is advisable that candidates must take a printout of the application form for future reference.

GEEE Admit Card 2018

The GEEE Admit Card will be issued on the date of 7 June 2018. Admit Card can be downloaded or received by email from the university website. The candidates are informed that the Admit Card will not be sent by post. Candidates shall retain their Admit cards for Admission counselling.

Galgotias University B.Tech course fee for 4 years is around Rs. 7,00,000 and students can pay this fee on annual basis. Apart from this there is separate exam fee and hostel fee and mess fee.

Galgotias University Fee Structure (BTech)

The Admission will be solely done on the basis of GEEE 2018. The shortlisted candidates will be called for counselling which will be conducted at the Galgotia’s University Main Campus. Candidates are informed that called for the test/ counselling does not necessarily mean acceptance of the eligibility. In the case of selection, It is mandatory that all the Original relevant documents such as Original Market sheet, Migration certificate etc. should be submitted to the admissions office for verification.

Documents required at the Time of Counselling

Candidates should bring the following documents in original and two sets of photocopies for counselling. 

• Duration of Exam: 90 minutes
• Mode of Exam: Pencil and Paper Based
• The questions are in multiple choice and objective type.
• Three Sections – Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics
• Each part has 30 questions and each question carries one mark
• Negative Marking: There is no Negative Marking
• The Question paper will be only in English
